Still a long, long way to go til Obama is replaced.

NH is a Trump gimmie at this point.

That is why Trump cannot "win" in New Hampshire. He is doomed to lose the expectations game even if he succeeds in getting the most votes.

The myth of Donald Trump is busted! The days of rationalizing every Trump grotesquerie with, "who cares he is a winner," are over.

You are a class act. After the last week of seeing some really nasty comments on this site and others, your comment was great.

Its not done yet as far as the delegates being handed out.

Interesting night, but not predictive.

This is the truth...But I don’t believe Reagan was predicted to win Iowa, whereas Trump was...and he almost got third. I think a lot of the “enthusiasm” is going to fail to deliver as many voters as Trump expects.

Trump got 38,000 rubes to vote for him in Iowa, 4,500 less than Cruz, who isn’t even a NBC.

If not for the rubes that voted for the other Cuban, Rubio, that degenerate little twerp that is for AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS, Trump would have won easily.

Iowa is NOT a great state .

It is a welfare ethanol subsidy state full of smug imbeciles who have no business or standing to weigh in FIRST on who runs the USA.

TRUMP WINS NH NEXT WEEK.

I’m in the camp of Trump/Cruz or Cruz/Trump.

I prefer Trump based purely on his ability to control narratives and message without needing to spend cash and peddle influence to do so. Do I think he’s a purebred conservative? Oh hell no.

Do I think he loves this nation? Without question.

We have a lot to celebrate tonight on FR if you’re a Trump or Cruz supporter. We are now the majority of the Republican party and are swinging majority numbers.

We have beaten big money PACs. We have beaten back dynasty families, consultants and unknown financial backers.

WE WON TONIGHT!

Forget the Trump v Cruz camps for one night people and savor the big picture. Two outsiders collected 53% of the vote in a caucus when tens of millions of dollars, the media and every establishment tool in the box were thrown against us.

Our shot is organized and our powder is dry. Their storehouses are empty. We are marching. They are defending.

We are going to defeat the GOPe and it’s just a matter of which of our candidates plants the flag in the corpse of Reince Preibus, Mike Murphy, Yeb! and the rest of the scum that have given us decades of milquetoast policies, candidates and defeat.

WE ALL WON TONIGHT!

So right about that. I think Trump wins in New Hampshire next week and South Carolina becomes a real battleground. Wonder what the GOPe is going to do to prop up Rubio going forward after tonight. Think Preibus, Rove, and the other GOPe types are giddy right about now.

There’s still the little matter of having to get ALL of America’s votes.

Cruz can’t win as broad a slate as Trump could and that’s just the facts jack. Can you spell pyrrhic?

New Hampshire is a real test, with an actual vote like the rest of the primary elections. Trump will steal Cruz’s momentum there, and the rest, as they often say, will be history. (Look at the national polls.)
