I am sooooo jealous!!
It was so cool to see and hear him. The 20-year-old kid that spoke for him did a good job. I think his was the only speech that was within the time limit, maybe 1 other.
Just about to wrap it all up, then Ted walks in to a standing ovation, spoke and had several applause lines, and won the 6 precincts in the room better than he did across the state as a whole.
Jeans and a sweater, nothing fancy. No secret service either...at least I didn’t see them. And Ben Carson spoke at my church 9 days ago, they secret service were crawling all over the place...
Quite a week, getting to hear Ben give his story, and then Ted rally a crowd.
