gossip says fox had 2 different sets of questions in case Trump changed his mind....stupid move on fox part, good move on Trump
So on Tiesday are you joining Libbylu and GodGunsGuts???
Poor Teddy!
I’m sure they did...trash potty meganwantsmore openly attacks Trump and then wants respect as a fair impartial moderator...please. you bet they had two different plans and would have used their plants via video on him if he showed but didn’t since he didn’t...dirty and the murdock goof is anti-conservative and even has a muslim partner...it’s OANN all the way for me now...hope they can take FOXes place...hell Trump may even buy part of all of them whether he makes it to the White House or not...but the USA really does need him to kick some ass...no way in hell we could do worse with him after the POS muslim treasonist SOB we have had there for almost 8 years now...no way!
Whether you like Trump or not what took place the other night was awesome. I don’t care his reason for doing it - if he did it for the vets or to compete with Fox. It doesn’t mater. A lot of money was raised for a very worthy cause. I was amazed at the Trump event. The stories were great! I really liked the fact that Huckabee and Santorum participated. Cruz didn’t win the other night. Trump didn’t win. The vets did!!
It can come from the Communist Readers Digest if it wants ......
what I want is some truth in the article ...so far as Ive read, it looks like it has that truth.
Painful as it is someday Trump supporters are going to have to quit shooting the messenger and ask yourselves if its true.
“And everyone knows that guns trumps knives.”
Only at a distance, up close, the knife wins.
I remember some guy once said to bring a gun to a knife fight, or something like that
It wasn’t Trump who had to take two weeks off to heal after the first “Trump and the tramp” encounter.
I love the smell of desperation in the morning. :-)
Nothing has changed much...
NY Times 1983...
“His alternating skills of charming some individuals and riding roughshod over others has earned Donald Trump a reputation in some quarters as someone not to be trusted. He reneged, for example, on a promise to donate to a museum the Art Deco bas- reliefs on the facade of Bonwit Teller’s - bulldozed to make way for Trump Tower. It was a sin deemed unforgivable by landmark preservationists. But the only negative comments about Donald Trump these days are given off the record. [WHY - I wonder?]

Vote Trump.
It is almost a guarantee, that if you disagree with anything Trump, you will be labeled in vulgar and disparaging terms. No substantive argument will be offered. As with most of the man’s blather, I have found no substantive arguments, only broad platitudes and braggadocio. I may agree with his analysis of the trouble we are in but not his cure.
Interesting.
What struck me about the Veterans event that Trump held was that he made the vets themselves be the show, not him. He sat down with his family in the audience and listened respectfully to their very powerful message(s). that counts for a LOT in my estimation. Win, lose or draw, I’ve come to have respect for how Trump handles a lot of things, but this in particular.
Ryan Isara distorts the facts. When he wrote, “Kelly was probably menstruating, according to Trump.” Trump explained that he used a metaphor for someone angry. When he said, “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever,” he meant that she was so angry that she seemed to be bleeding from eyes and some other orifice—like, say, a nose, or an ear. Being someone who jumps from one subject to the other, he just used the “wherever” because he wanted to go to the next thought about how well he was doing in the polls. It is people like Isara who think of the worst and go to the gutter. I almost stopped reading Isara’s piece after his hit on Trump’s supposed misogyny.
Isara goes further to say that Trump, “perhaps realizing that he had made a mistake, made an attempt to get back into the debate.” Let me set the record straight.
Trump showed that the Vets are more important than himself. When Fox gave him an apology for writing in a press release,
“We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes “president.” A nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.”
it was too late. Trump by then had agreed to attend the Veterans’ fundraiser. He showed great strength when he did that for the Veterans. He likes the debates. When Fox wrote that press release, it was something that required an apology. But, Fox was too late to give the apology. By then he agreed to attend the Vet’s fundraiser, 24 hours later. He took a huge risk to stand by his commitment. That fundraiser raised $6 million. At that fundraiser he said,
“You have to stick up for your rights. When you are treated badly, you have to stick up for your rights. You have to do it. And, whether we like it or not; whether it is something we want to do or not, and that’s what our country has to do—I mean—as an example, Iran. The way they have been treating us, with all of this horrible deal. This deal is one of the worst deals I have ever seen negotiated under any circumstances. And we just take it. We have to stick up for ourselves as people and we have to stick up for our country when we are being mistreated. Remember that.”
No, Trump was not concerned about making a deal. He was making a commitment and sticking up for our Vets. He was acting like a patriot, putting the needs of the vets before himself—as well as he will do for our nation when he becomes President.
;-)
“Trump overplayed his hand and tried to get back in the debate”........
Very old issue, move on to the important things.
