If the question is, do you want a better, safer America, he absolutely is the answer. Cruz ‘gets it’ on the complex situation in Syria, regarding Russia’s broader (expansionist) agenda there, and elsewhere. Trump either doesn’t or is in cahoots with Putin on it.

From what I’ve read, Cruz is in-line with my positions on issues.
I’ve only seen him on TV a few times, but he came across well to my eyes.

I think the most likely scenario is that regardless of who is elected, things are probably going to continue in the same direction.

Ted Cruz is a good guy with his heart in the right place. His rhetorical and analytical skills are excellent. He will make a very good Federal judge. It would be great for him to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
He puts people off. His campaign strategy skills are poor. The idea of rolling out the Christian loons to win Iowa, and then presumably making them disappear to win anywhere else, was tone deaf. There is no state Romney lost that he can win.
So, is Ted Cruz the answer? Depends on the question, I guess.
