The point is not whether you would have been ecstatic, the point is she wasn’t and he didn’t care.

“Trump offered 1.8 million for the house.”

You need to post a link for that. All she was ever offered was $250K or so.

Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

No, but according to reports, he HAS rolled millions of his personal debt into corporate bankruptcies.

Why doesn’t the ad say, “Trump offered the widow 7+ times what the city offered, the widow refused and kept her house.

I’ll wait.

Meh, I really don’t think it matters if Trump fanboys aren’t worried by the ad. He’ll have to answer the charges sooner or later. If not now, definitely in the general, if he makes it that far.

Hope he gives you some better talking points before then.

According to reports, really? Who are the reports from, beck? If you had anything of substance I would have seen it. No, all you have are completely baseless accusations. Good luck with that.

Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

According to Forbes, he want bankrupt 4 times. 1991, 1992, 2004, and 2009.
He had stiffed hundreds of local businesses and left them with financial claims that they would never recover. He put the casinos through the bankruptcy proceedings and left town.
Trump has repeatedly noted that he never filed for personal bankruptcy, and that even when his casino companies did, he simply took advantage of U.S. bankruptcy laws and hurt a lot of innocent people by doing it.
Trump may have gotten away with all these bankruptcies, but it does prove what a heartless shyster he is. In other words - don't do business with guys like Trump!
Trump is in it for Trump. It's always about no one but Trump.

The Fanboy is the one arguing in circles in defense of the indefensible. The ad is 100 percent deceptive. You say, ‘The truth is just as bad.’ I say, then why not air a truthful ad?

You dodge, bob and weave. You want it both ways. According to the polls, that approach isn’t working for Cruz. Maybe his fans should take a lesson.

You speak of facts and civility, then you post that crap. You are exactly the typical cruz supporter on FR. Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

Never said he did file for personal bankruptcy. . I asked if HE considers it a lie to sign a promissory note to repay in full, and then file bankruptcy and then not pay in full. He must not. Because as the CEO or President of a corporation he damned well has to be the signatory on any note that that he agrees to re pay as a Corporation.

If you have other facts, that he wasn't a signatory to any of those loans, please educate us. And I will honestly apologize for posting what you call crap. I have only Trump's own words of admission that his corporations have filed for bankruptcy several times as my evidence. Maybe I am misinformed and he was lying about filing for bankruptcy. As a corporation president any loan I have taken out for the corporation I was president of - I had to sign the promissory note.

The Kelo home was disassembled and relocated away from the Fort Trumbull area. There were several other complainants in the Kelo case (15 total, I believe). I am not sure how many of their homes escaped the planned Fort Trumbull bulldozing.

Peace,

SR

Sorry skippy, I don’t see any link to any offer Trump made to her.

The city/ government offered her about $250K, Trump offered her nothing!

Trump used his government connections to try to steal her home with I.D..

Congratulations and good on you for admitting the error.

"What really bothers me is Bill Clintons 1/2 hour phone call to Trump the day he decided to run for the presidency. Did Trump make a deal with Bill to split the vote like he did with Perot?"

I'm for Cruz. But I have to call BS on this one.

There are plenty of pics of Trump and the Clintons having a grand old time partying together (Which is one of several things that bother me about Trump.)

And there is the money Trump gave to the Clinton foundation.

Also the money he gave to help Harry Reid and Rahm Emmanuel get elected. It is widely known that all these people are "Nasty guys" and have all kinds of questionable things in their records- yet Trump tries to help them get elected i.e. put them in charge of government.

Trump wants us to think of him as the brilliant CEO- How is helping these people (Reid, Emmanuel, Clinton) making good management decisions?)

That said- I will vote for Trump despite my reservations, if he is our nominee. And I don't buy this Clinton phone call. Seems like BS.

“The ad is 100 percent deceptive.”

Nonsense, almost everything in the ad is absolutely true, except for a couple of nits that you are focused on picking, because you can’t defend the substance of the charges.

Re:” I have recovered from my Trump drunk stupor and realize what is ahead”.

Everything there is to know about Trump is out there. All people have to do is look. They'd easily discover he's not the man he's pretending to be.

I truly believe Trump is in it to help Hillary win. He's been praising her for decades. He's a huge Hillary supporter.
He's either going to find an excuse to go independent and split the vote so Hillary can win, or if he wins the primary he's going to deliberately bomb out to guarantee a Hillary win.
Notice how Trump never says anything bad about democrats - especially Hillary. His job is to destroy the Republican party as much as possible before he launches his final missile.

‘Trump did not offer 250K, Atlantic City did and it was the “assessed value” price.

Trump did offer Vera Coking 1 Million for her house in the 1990’s, they both admit to this.

Eminent Domain, has since been used in New Jersey, with two different developers who obtained land from private owners and turned it over to a private developer to build higher income housing. IE knock down middle class homes to build posh condos’

More info and links on the thread below. The quote is from arl295, btw. His posts on the cited thread contain a treasure trove of facts.
