Sorry skippy, I don’t see any link to any offer Trump made to her.
The city/ government offered her about $250K, Trump offered her nothing!
Trump used his government connections to try to steal her home with I.D..
‘Trump did not offer 250K, Atlantic City did and it was the “assessed value” price.
Trump did offer Vera Coking 1 Million for her house in the 1990’s, they both admit to this.
Eminent Domain, has since been used in New Jersey, with two different developers who obtained land from private owners and turned it over to a private developer to build higher income housing. IE knock down middle class homes to build posh condos’
More info and links on the thread below. The quote is from arl295, btw. His posts on the cited thread contain a treasure trove of facts.

Do you have any proof of that?
Those are serious accusations that you are making
Donald Trump or his companies can not use eminent domain, period, you can not use eminent domain, I can not use eminent domain. Atlantic City can but they failed in court.
The government did offer “assessed value” of the property
The property we are talking about is a 18 room boarding house, that was used at a transient “motel”, not exactly, a lil two bedroom bungalow where Grandma lives.
Trump and the previous owner both admit that Trump did offer a million dollars for the property on numerous occasions, even after Atlantic City lost the eminent domain case.
The property was sold a couple years ago for $504,000 in auction to Carl Icahn who promptly demolished the building. Trump did not demolish the home.
If you saw old photos of this home, you see a Casino being built around the house, that was another project, unrelated to Trump, that went bankrupt, Trump eventually bought that project and demolished the unfinished casino. And used it for parking for his casino across the street.
Trump wanted to buy Coking out and she refused to sell. Rumor has it that he offered up to 5 million plus a life long use of a Florida Condo, but she still refused. The 1 million dollar offer is the offer that both admit to in public.
