Huh? Glenn Beck Tells Iowa Crowd He Prefers Bernie Sanders Over Donald Trump
The Gateway Pundit ^

Posted on 01/24/2016 7:44:58 AM PST by springwater13

Beck said he had never endorsed a presidential candidate in his 40 years of broadcasting, but he made an exception because of the urgency of the moment.

He said he even prefers Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), a self-proclaimed "democratic socialist" running in the Democratic presidential primary, to Trump.

"Honesty, faith and truth are basic requirements. And quite honestly, I have to tell you, this probably isn't going to go over very well, that's why I like Bernie Sanders," he said. "Bernie Sanders is like, 'Yep, I'm a socialist.'

"I can actually sit at a table with a man who says, 'Yes, I'm a socialist, and yes, I don't like what we are doing, we should be more like Denmark,' " he added.

first of all, it’s ma’am and your little dig about reading before posting is exactly what i’m talking about. the thread is about Beck, Sanders and Cruz. maybe take your own advice. but that’s okay cause Trump will save us all. “There’s a point at which: Let’s get to be a little establishment”

It was NOT a good decision for Cruz. The likelihood of it
being a good decision for Cruz was never good. The fact that
he did not realize that makes one question his judgment.
Beck is a juvenile in grownup clothing. We listened to him
on radio several years ago when traveling. Not now.

Well ma’am my post to which you replied did not mention Sanders. You hardly control what posts are allowed on a thread. Another insulting Cruz supporter I think.

Beck has no great problem with a socialist being president. And NR called him a conservative?

Beck’s speech, the pseudo swearing in..geezus.. I thought it was a comedy sketch that could have been played on SNL.

How does it feel to go down this rabbit hole?

When I saw that swearing in deal Beck performed I thought of Michael Dukakis and the tank-helmut picture.

Cruz showed POOR judgement yesterday to participate with Beck like that.

He has done some good things.

Some of his books are good. His special on Soros was good.

But ‘they are coming to take him away, ha ha’.

“more invasion” - WTF are you talking about? Because he thinks Sanders is honest but Trump is not? But not to worry - Donald said that he is going to make great deals and work with the establishment. THAT is what is offensive to me.

You missed the invasion? 500,000 people overstayed their visas last year. That’s in one ONE YEAR. The border is wide open to criminals, terrorists and anybody else. Criminal aliens are being released by Democrats who then rape, rob and kill us. THAT is invasion I’m talking about.

I don’t see how anyone can support without reseverations a candidate like Cruz who stuffs his pockets with Goldman campaign donations and then casts important U. S. Senate votes in support of the Goldman agenda. Those who support Cruz are also rolling the dice that he won’t be Goldman’s man in the WH. Given Cruz’s careerist GOPe experience that’s a real danger, IMO

There’s no doubt we’re rolling the dice on Trump. Desperate times, desperate measures. The choice is Trump or guaranteed more invasion. It is what it is.

Hard to defend as a Cruz supporter. Yesterday they reminded me of a bad pair of radio, morning-drive talk-jocks.

They're political light weights. I made the mistake of tuning into his radio show once, and it was like being back in high school, listening to a bunch of 16 year olds trying to come up with clever quips. Beck and his radio side kicks are an embarrassment.

Total fail. Total frauds.
