SHOCK: Trump’s official voting record released by NYC, shows he has been Repub since 1980

Donald Trump’s official voting record has been released, showing that he was a registered Republican since at least 1980, throwing water on the theory that he was at one time a Democrat.

This is causing major panic in the Cruz campaign that insisted that Trump recently switched his affiliation.

Voting records for Trump’s adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, were not immediately available.

Trump is leading by wide margins in New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, and nearly every other state where pollsters take the Republican electorate’s temperature.

In Iowa, he is running neck-and-neck with Republican Sen. Ted Cruz in some polls, and leading him comfortably in others.

On Thursday in Las Vegas, Trump boasted of a new Emerson College poll that shows him leading Cruz there by 10 points.

‘Cruz is going down,’ he told a packed ballroom at the South Point casino. ‘He’s like a nervous wreck. He’s going down. He’s had his moment.’

Oh my, my, my. This puts the lie to the story that he's switched parties over the years and the accusation that he's never voted in a primary.

Inevitably, big business is funny business where morality is relative to revenue.

I’m not condemning Trump, but no doubt he played the political hand for profit. And who can qualify the effective moral outcome of his dealings? Realistically, no one.

Do you like his political rhetoric in isolation of everything else?

Perhaps

But then again, we have Donald’s OWN WORDS in an interview with Tim Russert in 1999 in which he says of course, he’s leaving the Republican party to join the Reform Party because Republicans are “too crazy right”.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gH053__SJRo

I don’t think it’s a “lie” that he’s switched parties over the years. This has been a matter of public record that as been out there for a long time that to my knowledge Trump himself hasn’t denied.

The thing about prntly.com is, well, they’re in the tank for Trump. REALLY in the tank for Trump. So in the tank for Trump that they apparently will flat out lie about/smear other candidates.

They accused Ted Cruz of working to get a brokered convention to stop Trump and actually really got dirty and accused Marco Rubio of cheating on his wife. They just seem to run with whatever story makes Trump look great and any other Republican in the race look horrible and if it MIGHT be true, that’s a bonus.

It certainly does, much to the chagrin of FR’s small horde of anti-Trumpsters.

am i now supposed to post 50 quotes or interviews now?

listen, im a fellow NYC guy and i’m voting for him after ted’s ny comment.

but come on guys, you Never question his past comments, praising de blasio was pretty recent, and probably just for business purposes, i’ll give you that.

but i’m voting for him HOPING the conservative stuff he said was real and not the other stuff,

you guys are positive and i dnot know how.

but here’s to hoping you’re right.

i had to swallow hearing some liberal garbage from interviewers in the city, but i never made left wing comments, and always stood for my principles when confronted on the job.

we shall see. i hope we are all very happy with him in 4 years.

ted talks and votes two different ways, it seems. that’ too bad.

How does NYC have a record of whom people voted for?

Do they use signed paper ballots, and save all of them for 35 years?

Sounds like 24 carat baloney to me.

And my security software is blocking all the links at the “Prently” website because they appear to be linked to malware.

But the fact that Bernie Sanders is not even a Democrat doesn’t seem to bother the Democrats.

Our nation is like a very, very sick man who is in imminent danger of suffering a horrible death.

Trump is like the powerful and dangerous, foul tasting elixir that has a chance of healing what ails us.

I for one am ready to take my medicine!

Sometimes a man or a nation reaches a point where only something drastic has a chance to save them. We foolishly have allowed this nation to fall so very far :-(

Go Trump!
Go Cruz!

So you are acknowledging that Trump is a long-time Republican, and moving on to another argument?

Since 1980, eh? That's 19 years before he said he supported gays in the military AND all forms of abortion, including partial birth. And 29 years before he praised Obama for his world apology tour, 33 years before he endorsed communist Bill De Blasio for mayor of New York City, and 35 years before he said he supported Obama's opening up to communist Cuba, and gushed praised for KGB Putin.

And it was 36 years before the following...

Joe Scarborough: Again, he [Putin] kills journalists that don't agree with him

Trump: Well, I think our country does plenty of killing also, Joe, so, you know. There's a lot of stupidity going on in the world right now, Joe. Lot of killing going on, a lot of stupidity, and that's the way it is.
