Glenn Beck shreds Sarah Palin: 'Maybe the press was right about her'

Conservative talk radio host Glenn Beck showed his disappointment with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Tuesday.

After Palin publicly threw her support behind Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump at an Ames, Iowa, campaign rally, Beck took to social media to express his disappointment:

-snip-

Beck also tweeted commentary stating that with the endorsement, Palin may not be as conservative as she purports to be.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Sarah Palin posted this afternoon on her Facebook:

“Thank you for the love expressed on Bristol’s blog post. The homegoing of our Grandma Lena yesterday is so sad, but we’ll always be uplifted and encouraged by her strong, tenacious Christian spirit. This beautiful 95-year-old Yupik Eskimo elder is matriarch to our five generations here; she was a hard working commercial fisherman who loved God and family so much! She’s been a blessing to our entire state of Alaska.

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” - 1 Corinthians 2:9

Let’s stand in the gap for one another in trying times, knowing our best days are ahead.”

She said nothing about Glennn Becccck or whatever his name is.

In my personal opinion, regarding Glenn Beck, the most shameful and deceitful thing is his deception about being Christian when, in fact, he is Church of LDS. He almost never discusses his involvement with the Mormon cult on air or draws any attention to it and, instead, loves to imply he's a fundamentalist Christian by cozying up to a host of leaders in "religious" interviews. I consider this particular aspect of the man to be a disgraceful sham.

His belief in human-caused global warming and handing out Teddy Bears to illegals at a border crossing welcome wagon didn't win him any points in my book either.

You bet. A rather big indictment, on Beck’s character.

Why CRuz is WILLINGLY associating with this slime ball, is curious, indeed.

I realize that CRuz’s dad and Beck BFF/CRuzPAC director David Barton are close, but draw the line....that is, unless, they are the ones advising CRuz to do this :(

However, Beck also subscribes to the wacko 7 Mountain theology (as does Barton). Not sure if that’s now being accepted in the Mormon sect, or not.

Good heavens. What Beck did to Palin was terrible. Then he sort of apologizes and acts like a victim.

He really is mentally ill.

I can see why Palin endorsed Trump. Why would she want to be on the same team such as that?

I actually feel very sorry for Sarah Palin right now. First she gets knocked for her very first stump speech in a long time. And knocked for the clothing she wore.

Then her son gets arrested for assaulting his girlfriend for whatever reason. Maybe because he was in a foul mood as his grandmother on his father’s side was very ill.

And now, that grandmother (Todd’s mother) just died. Talk about a triple whammy.

Luckily for her, Donald Trump is a very loyal person (until crossed) and will stick by her and give comfort. He already has covered for her by saying he was the one who told her to talk about her son in conjunction with PTSD and its effect on some military men coming back from war fronts, in her speech. He’s a good man, Donald Trump is.

Heck, Beck flip flops around all over the place. He probably is just the type to end up in cults.

I agree with your thoughts there.

In four years Sarah may look like a god, having seen in Trump what others didn’t. If he does what I think he will, he will be revered after he’s gone.

It’s what I see him say, and what I think he means to do.

Folks, he has his kids, his family, his reputation on the line.

One thing was key to me. Trump didn’t just say he’d build a wall, he said a 60’ wall. He said he wanted it to be a masterpiece, because it will undoubted be called the Trump Wall.

I see that same spirit in all that he is planning for our nation. His rep is on the line, and he truly does want this nation to be brought back on track.

If he can do half what he has promised, he’ll have been an amazing president. I think he’ll do it all.

This guy knows how to manage, delegate, and get things done.

This is going to be great to watch.

Here we are with FRont row seats too, thanks to Free Republicn.

Well said. He will give her the support she needs and allow her to call the shot when she is ready to contribute again
She was brave to share that vulnerable area of her life with the world
But as DT says before we can name the problem we must name it.

So, David Mercer his billionaire Hedge Fund owner created that Dark money PAC with the private Donor list .
Sounds very Goldman Sachs to me .
Mercer ,the Guy who owes 6 billion in back taxes and thinks Teddy is his get out of jail card so to speak .

But, Teds for the little guy.
HaHa . Just ask Mercer, Goldman,Citibank, the Former Rick ‘La Raza ‘Perry Billionaire donors that joined the Cruz Fat Cat club house . That is the spin being sold to the poor suckers in fly over country by Teddy the Harvard lawyer / DC insider .

Probably not is that’s not my style but it certainly would have been a lot more consistent with what I perceived to be her core principles.

I’d be thrilled to have returned to us the Sarah of September 2008. The first time we saw her she was a credible well-put-together, well-spoken professional in a business suit. The last eight years have not been kind to her. She’s bouncing off the walls, crazy-eyed, shrill, and dresses like a tart. Not sure what happened.

I do feel so sorry for her, though, after the way she was demonized by everyone over the years. It’s shameful that McVain recruited her and then he and his staff treated her like crap. I hope he gets his just rewards for that sometime in this lifetime, or the next.

I cringed when she endorsed Trump because I didn’t see how that could help him, and it could hurt him. But she still does appeal to some people. Maybe the Iowa and Oklahoma appearances were to the correct target audiences. Hope so!

I do like so much about her, but she needs to find the old Sarah and channel her.

Seeing Beck back Cruz is just as disappointing as seeing Sarah Palin sellout; and back Trump who isn't a conservative.

A is correct. And if I found them set up like B, C or D, I would have to rearrange them to look like A. However, I could live with B, but the others are just not proper.

If I found them set up like C or D, I would be convinced that someone was deliberately screwing with me and I would toss them into the garbage disposal as these eggs are now worthless.

Having given this perplexing question further consideration, I am thinking that C and D might actually make them easier to remove from the carton, but once an egg is removed, the rest will look like unorganized clutter.

I might keep thinking about this exercise, but I need to get back to burying bodies under my house. ;>)
