No more Sandy Hooks. Thank you Mr. Trump for calling out this suicidal policy.

Time to re-design schools, too.

When I went to school, every classroom had a steel exit door to the outside. Second floor had fire escapes.

Would like to see pocket doors to shut down halls, hall cameras and secure entrances.

That is not what I heard him say.
He said gun free zones are like “bait” to the bad guys.
He said he would eliminate gun free zones in schools.
He said he would eliminate gun free zones on military bases his first day in office.

Yes, but the AP is reporting it this way in another excited attempt to hurt his candidacy.

In truth, I think he was more referring to military bases which he could control. But I’m fine with the mistake. Very fine indeed.

No President has the power or the authority to end “gun-free zones” unless the gun free zones were established by an earlier executive order. That is something a new President can undo.

But no President has any power or authority to direct the actions of free citizens, whether we like the actions or dislike them. That’s what liberty means.

You don’t like “gun-free zones”? Then take it up with the school board, the county or city government, whoever it was that had the bright idea in the first place. Don’t be expecting or demanding that every local bad idea be undone by an out-of-control over weening, over-reaching outlaw President.

Yes, they are trying to hurt his candidacy. And this is an issue where it will backfire on the left media. Again.

Well, I think “gun-free” zones are stupid and an invitation to crime, but the President doesn’t get to just take over and reverse local and state laws.

Why shouldn’t our Military bases be able to carry weapons? They are after all, our protection...they are the people that defend the freedoms we enjoy everyday here and abroad...

Obuma doesn’t know a damn thing, never has and never will, he’s a gay muslim that doesn’t care about you or I...

He needs to be impeached and put in Prison for Treason along with that half witted woman that’s running for President that thinks the ‘crown’ is hers....

This will do more to stop “mass shootings” than the Kenyan’s phone and pen have done.

Another bold Trump statement with no specifics.

Sounds great, but how you going to do it Donald?

I agree with you. We are running the risk of our President’s becoming Kings who can rule by decree. It is wrong when Obama does it and it would be wrong for a Republican President to do it.

We need to get back to the rule of law and away from the abnormal (executive decree) that has become seemingly normal.

With that said, Trump often overstates things as a matter of principle to make his point. I would hope he would follow the law.

Her brief piece is quite interesting. She has a BA in Sociology & Psychology.

Is she attempting some sort of gambit to appeal to idiots that think that no one except mass-murdering criminals should have guns near schools?
