It's insane that the No-Fly List is a total secretive list with no way to challenge your entry and no court convictions required to arbitrarily put you on it.

NO WAY are you restricting 2nd -- or any other -- Amendment rights based on such a legal swamp-like morass.

Dangerous is apparently not a prerequisite to get nominated to the list. Maybe someone pissed off the county commissioner or county sheriff. Ding! Listward bound. Some people don’t find out until they go to board a flight. Gee do you get your money back for the ticket? Or do the airlines deny you purchasing one in the first place.
