Farook & Malik weren’t on the no-fly list and they bought their tools of death legally.

Oops! Our Prez is a frickin’ moron.

The Congressional No-Fly List

Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA), 2004:

U.S. Sen. Edward M. "Ted' Kennedy said yesterday that he was stopped and questioned at airports on the East Coast five times in March because his name appeared on the government's secret "no-fly" list. [Federal air security officials] acknowledged being embarrassed that it took the senator and his staff more than three weeks to get his name removed.

Rep. John D. Lewis (D-GA), 2004:

Rep. John Lewis, D - Georgia, a nine-term congressman famous for his civil rights work with the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., has been stopped 35 to 40 times over the past year, his office said ... Lewis contacted the Department of Transportation, the Department of Homeland Security and executives at various airlines in a so-far fruitless effort to get his name off the list, said spokeswoman Brenda Jones.

Rep. Don Young (R-AK), 2004:

Rep. Donald E. Young (R-Alaska), said he was flagged on the "watch list" when the airline computer system mistook him for a man on the list named Donald Lee Young.

There are probably less that 1,000 Americans on the no fly list.

There is no way to correct one’s erroneous inclusion (for any reason) on the no-fly list.

Instant abrogation of the 2nd amendment.

Ted Kennedy was on the no-fly list, but he didn’t need a gun to kill a girl.

I believe it turned out that they had put him on the wrong list. He was supposed to have been put on the "No Oldsmobile" list......

The secret government no-fly list is a problem. Any no-fly list by the government should be open and transparent and subject to due process. None of this star chamber secret court BS.

But public sympathies are for a secret no-fly list because those being considered for such a list would by necessity be of high risk. The ignorant public doesn’t realize that the government is preying on people fears as a way to reduce liberty and expand the totalitarian state. The no-gun list is the next step.

No-fly list, no-gun list, no treatment list, red list. This will go on and on until almost everyone is on a secret government list and targeted for elimination.
