Most government agencies appear to be insular where no agency talks to the others, so no cross checking would be done?

You’d think they would make it easy and just have a
“Fly List”. If you aren’t a government apparachnik,
you don’t fly. See how simple that is?

I always thought that when they did a background check, the FBI guys would check the terrorist no-fly list too. This “loophole” doesn’t need to be closed. Just send the FBI guys a memo advising them to not forget to check the no-fly list also. Geez Barry. This isn’t rocket science. You people are the most incompetent bunch of morons ever to come down the pike.

I’d be fine with this as long as the person is not an American citizen and has been tried and convicted. You cannot take away my Constitutional rights based on suspicion and a made up bureaucratic list.

The No-fly list is unconstitutional as well. Like 99% of everything this administration does.

But it’s okay for 72 people on the terrorist watch list to be working for DHS?? Barry is transparent. He wants to disarm the country and let the terrorists w\in.

He's repeated this chant a few times in the aftermath of the jihad murders in San Bernardino. My guess is that this chant goes with the oft-repeated mantra of the MSM that the murder weapons used by the Farook freak were purchased legally. They never say by whom they were purchased. Until proven otherwise, I conclude that at least one or more of the weapons were purchased legally by another jihadi freak on the no-fly list.

I’ll bet you’re right. It is insane to think that the government does a “background” check on law abiding Americans but refuses to check the terrorist no-fly list.

The problem with this logic is that it WON’T end there. Then the Dem’s will start saying things like NRA members, or who ever they deem “potential” terrorist here in USA should be on “No Fly List” thus massive gun confiscation - just a back door to gun control. Now, NONE of us want mid-eastern terrorist to have guns, but you need to figure out a better scheme.
To: rktman
These terrorists weren’t on the no fly lists.
Its insane to punish law abiding Americans because criminals murder people.
Where the hell is paul ryan to smash obam’s insanity? He’s been awol!

“Thereâs probably at least one DOG on the no-fly list!”
That system is unfair and worthless. It’s a damn good thing that no one named John Jones is on it, because instantly about 200,000 people would be unable to fly.
Not to mention people who are now dead. I wonder if a corpse can be on a no-fly list?
