Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.

The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Could be the worker had a text-phone call to give him a heads up? Either to get out or suit up? You have to get past a enclosed receptionist area and security doors to have access to the office areas. BUT, someone who knows the door pass code could get in very easy.

Something fishy is going on here. When have we ever had this many mass shootings before? If someone has mental issues, would it be difficult to convince them to shoot up a bunch of people so one could further an agenda? Such as 2nd Amendment unconstitutional infringement? Without question like you said, he will step to the mic and talk exactly about that.
