The Supreme Court has just issued an order (read it here) blocking the racially discriminatory separatist election in Hawaii. The order enjoins (stops) the counting of ballots and certification of results pending further order of the Supreme Court. I covered the electionhere and here at PJ Media.

Only one race is permitted to register to vote with Hawaiian government officials for the separatist election.Hawaii has given a private organization millions of dollars to run the election. They believe these actions are constitutional. Judicial Watch has sued Hawaii, and the Public Interest Legal Foundation has filed an emergency brief with the Supreme Court on behalf of the American Civil Rights Union asking the court to stop the election process. (I was on the brief.)

This morning Justice Kennedy, writing for the court, did so and issued an injunction.

Interests on Hawaii are attempting to set up a new government representing the "colonized" native Hawaiians. They do not view American sovereignty as legitimate. Naturally, the Obama administration took their side and filed a brief supporting the racially discriminatory election. They argued that even though Congress has never authorized a new government on Hawaii comprised of the native race, the state should be allowed to establish one.

In 2000, the Supreme Court struck down similar schemes but did not directly have a racially discriminatory election before it because the election had already occurred.

They don’t recognize U.S. supremacy but they do want to continue receiving the benefits and security paid for by U.S. taxpayers.

THIS is a proper use of the 14th Amendment....just as Democrats used “state laws” to discriminate against blacks, so Democrats in Hawaii were using “state laws” in that state to discriminate against what THEY considered non-Hawaiian people.

The protestors are a mixes group of native Hawaiians, white Marxist/leftist protestors, a couple of general wackos, and some environmental Luddites.

If you want to read about them, go to “Free Hawaii” newspaper and you’ll get all the background information on them and this fake issue.

The Hawaiian state government is leftist and corrupt as hell, inheriting a new spurt of Marxist blood from previous government Neil Abercrombie (an old leftist from way back), their congressmen and women who are just as Left, and the environmental leftist wackos who are trying to get rich off of extortion lawsuits.

And that is just a brief description of them. It is actually worst, plus Hawaii is perhaps the most corrupt Democratic state out of Obama’s 57 states.

They make California, NY and Chicago look like minor pickpockets.

Pull the military out as well. See how well they get on without all of those federal dollars.

In the “Parents Involved Case” (a case involving Seattle schools) Chief Justice John Roberts wrote: “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” There is a great deal of wisdom captured in that single sentence. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will embrace that idea.

"Can't quite figure out how this would work.

If only natives are allowed to vote, are only natives allowed to run for office? (that leaves Obama out, if he decides to retire there)

Do non-natives get represented at all?

Is the Native government strictly local, or would they require representation in DC as well (HI gets double Senators/Reps). How about any other state with an Indian reservation? Shouldn't they get their own, too?

Which gov't has priority within the state of HI? Native or non-Native? Do they share law enforcement or would each have their own Police forces?

Who writes the laws that are enforced? Do these laws apply to all or just one group or the other?"

Liberalism is truly a mental disorder.

I have an 'Indian' friend, 'native american' in his mind, who believed crap this. One day I got tired of the bullsh!t and asked him over a few beers a simple question about the two of us:

If two people are literally born in the same hospital and quite possibly in the very same room and attend the same schools, had the same doctors, played in the same neighborhood, etc ... How on Earth can one be a native and the other some kind of colonial invader? Only in the sick and twisted mind of a liberal can this garbage make sense.

At best, one person is a descendant of a 'native' ( whatever that means, since they too were invaders at some point unless they literally grew on trees or something ) and the other a descendant of 'colonialists'.

What they really want to say, but cannot, is that "My genes are better than yours, so shut up!". But if you don't shut up and defy political correctness you can literally drive them mad.

It's fun to torture liberals in this manner. They deserve it. It is now time to get in their faces. And they will crumble faster than anyone can imagine.

Hawaii is currently a criminal enterprise that has committed acts of war against the rest of the United States.

That is fact, not exaggeration.

From the face of the order, it looks like Kennedy (who is the Circuit Justice for the 9th Circuit) granted the stay on his own, without referring it to the full Court (probably because of Thanksgiving). So good on him.

Southpark did an episode (chiefly with Kenny) on the ‘natives’ of Hawaii. You might want to go and review the episode because you start to ponder and think over who exactly is a native and is a pretender-native.
