Yes, he seems to go along with the general idea after the reporter asks him about it--but he also doesn't explicitly endorse it either. The reporter is asking about Muslims in America, but Trump appears unable to imagine that group includes U.S. citizens, which is probably why he immediately starts talking about the wall--a telling blind spot for a man campaigning on nativist anger and fear ...

Personally, I don’t watch or record Megyn. I refuse to contribute to her ratings. My real hope is she’ll plunge in polls and put someone decent in.

Well said, and very true. Just like with the donor class, he is not beholden to the press either. He’s totally got their number and uses them to get his message out without them realizing they’re being used.
Rush also played the audio .. and was one of the first to show that the left was up to it’s usual tricks.
I was shocked to see Cruz partially bought into it. I hope he learns to check with Trump first before he spouts off. And, if I find out that this misstep by Cruz is in anyway related to Katrina P. from the Tea Party .. I’m going to do whatever I can to try to get her fired.

Well, Katrina is not with the Tea Party anymore.
She’s supposed to be the new spokesperson for Trump.

How could Katrina have made/caused Cruz to misstep/make a comment about the false Trump story? Are you thinking she did something sneaky, like telling Cruz that Trump said this?

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking .. mainly because I’ve read a couple of things that mention Kristina having some connection to the Cruz campaign .. I don’t know what .. just that she was “no longer with the Cruz group” .. whatever that means.
I got mixed up with her when she was trying to run a scam regarding drafting Trey Gowdy for Speaker. I won’t go into details; but it seemed very shady to me and I didn’t like it one bit. I already knew Trey had no desire to be Speaker.
I’ve been told what she did was not illegal .. but you could have fooled me.
I hope she takes the place of that (too) nice old geezer who's been speaking for Trump on all the various bash-Trump CNN panel shows.

You have the goods on Megyn and Fox. They are all in the tank for an establishment type, first Bush (watch Dana Perino on this) and then Carson. Now its Rubio although they are giving a lot of time to Kasach although I think he is going away like Bush.
For what ever reason, they are all putting Trump in the worst light when ever they have to cover him. He will get no support from Fox, until he is the nominee. After that, Fox will likely come around, because no matter how much they like an establishment, I believe they still have no stomach for Hillary.

I don’t believe that Cruz criticized Trump. He condemned what the press attributed to Trump.
How would you expect Cruz to respond to a reporter who asked “Did you know Trump believes in (take your pick) sodomy, the occult, abortion, murder?”

I had FOX on all day. It was from FOX that I heard REPEATEDLY that Trump misunderstood what the reporter said. I also heard it on Megyn’s show. I wouldn’t have even known Trump’s side of the story today if it wasn’t for FOXNEWS.
