Monday night at a rally in Knoxville, TN, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said instead of bringing refugees to the United States he would build a “big, beautiful safe zone†in Syria.
Trump said, “What I like is build a safe zone in Syria. Build a big, beautiful safe zone, and you have whatever it is so people can live, and they’ll be happier.â€
Her added, “So You keep ’em in Syria. You build a tremendous safe zone, it’ll cost you tremendously much less, much less, and they’ll be there and the weather’s the same. And the weather is the same and then when this horrible situation that is so horrible run. We don’t know what we are doing. When its all over they move back and they go back into their cities, and they rebuild there cities. And they start out and they start over again.â€

Good thinking. However we have spent so many resources there twice already. Good soilders lost already in these ME wars. That doesnt include all the wounded soilders. Whatever we do. We do it All the way. No ROE.
Just thought his proposal was better by a mile than bringing those Muslims here.
Two months ago.. I had NO real objection.
After the Paris attacks and the discovery that one of the refugees was a TERRORIST pretending to be a refugee a WHOLE LOT changed.
We now have 30 States REFUSING to take these REFUGEES.
Why not err on the side of caution as opposed to getting one American killed ny ISIS?... or are you PRO ISIS?

BTW, two months ago we knew that those Syrians were almost all young males, that they were causing trouble in the countries they descended upon, that there was no way to vet them, and that Muslims clerics were saying they were an invasion force.

There’s a differencce between giving a bunch of 8th century savages a country and hoping that they’ll do something grand with it, aka “nation building” and establishing colonies.
Make the safe zone aka colony in the Golan heights next to Israel. One flank covered. Privatize the building of the colony along the lines of the East India Company. That takes care of the funding. Some financing derived from Gitmo II, the supermax of the levant.
The idea has potential.

Isis doesn’t have planes. Doesn’t need a no fly zone.
He believes that the Muslim refugees are a national security risk and should be re-settled in Middle Eastern countries. Two months ago, he was urging Congress and Homeland Security not to take them in.
He'll be introducing legislation to bar them from the country.

The traitor-in-chief already wants these potential terrorists to come to our country, and we’re stuck with this treasonous bastard for another 14 months. How do we stop him from importing these people here?
Europe is already letting these people in. Dangerous beyond belief.
If a safe zone can be built in Syria, that’s a great idea. But we haven’t built one in Iraq or Afghanistan yet, so what makes us think can build one in Syria?
I wish we could reinstate immigration quotas. Fat chance. (sigh)
