Well I do not want to pick a fight but:

A. IT WAS A GOP card!- not a govt. account-
B. Certain expenses are COMPLETELY allowable -
Such as BUYING your wife an airplane ticket-
C. If he added more to that card and paid it who Cares?
If he did not pay it - WHO Cares!
gee- anybody checking Hitlery’s GRAFT?!

THE MSM has really had to dig low - to get to Carson-now Rubio- Cruz will be next.... clearing the way for the Jebster

Oh for sure that is correct. It will be interesting to see how it is played out. So far our primary is running the same as 2012. Knocking everyone out one by one. I guess that is what a primary is for. But who will be the one standing. That is the scary part. I hope it is someone who literally can beat the Clinton Machine and the overwhelming desire of liberals to have a female president which now is not emphasized because of Bernie but after she wins it, the liberals will all salivate over her.

True dat. Hell, I’m scared to death that Rubio could win the whole election. If that happens...HELLO AMNESTY.

In private companies, it is a firing offense.

Exactly. Also, why would any politican (or anyone else) want to add personal expenses onto a business card? I would think you’d want to keep your personal expenses private, rather than subjecting them to the public examination of a business account. I don’t understand why anyone would want to mix accounts on that point alone.

Shows really bad judgement on his part—and on part of GOP to allow him to co-mingle funds.

The items mentioned could have easily been charged to another credit card. They don’t seem related to campaign expenses. Also, he needs to provide proof that he actually made payments to Amer. Express.

I agree. We’re gonna find he used the thing for personal stuff without paying much back. RNC will say it was fine. And we’ll find he didn’t report it as income on his taxes.

I traveled all over the world on my company credit card. The card was in my name and I was responsible for the bills. When I completed a trip I submitted a report and got reimbursed for the valid company travel expenses. The only direct billed expenses were airline fare.

Yes, but are you a politician using a credit card funded with campaign donations?

BINGO! Even without prosecution, this would be a firing offense with most companies.

Rubio has a GREAT LIFE STORY (even if proven to be ‘embellished’ a bit)...so he can use credit cards ANY WAY HE WISHES, because of his GREAT LIFE STORY (even if proven to be ‘embellished’ a bit).

If I tried the same, I WOULD BE FIRED, as my life story (even if I ‘embellished’ a bit) could still not hold a candle to Rubio’s.

Therefore I will SIMPLY IGNORE his attempt in 2013 to transform this country into a permanent DEMOCRAT MAJORITY because of his GREAT LIFE STORY (even if proven to be ‘embellished’ a bit)...for his GREAT LIFE STORY (even if proven to be ‘embellished’ a bit) is MUCH MORE important to me.

...or at least that approach seems to be working with Rush, and lots of people here (sadly).

I agree. that life story seems to be working with some.

It is sad and wrong that the media runs interference for Dems and will only investigate GOP candidates, but that does not excuse troublesome issues. GOP candidates know that they will come under far more scrutiny than Dems, so they need to be squeaky clean.

Trump is not violating the law like Rubio.

Secret Service protection is not part of his campaigning; applying your logic would mean that he would have to reimburse every police department in every city he visits, etc.

The credit card company used his credit to establish limit and was billed directly to him is my understanding. Any non-personal items he itemized for a refund from Florida GOP.

He paid directly to AMEX since he got the bill.

this was unauthorized us of a credit card over $1000.

Who said it was unauthorized? Rubio is not in my top three choices, and I could see where some could be made that included both personal and party related at the same time. If he was at a meeting over a few days time and decided to take his family out to dinner or other meals, it would be awkward to ask for separate checks.

Yes he paid AMEX directly but refused to provide records. It is my understanding that he may have provided some in the last couple of days by why wait so long? Why not release them years ago when the accusations first came up?

And there are other things that were researched that, if, are true are not good.

Costco takes debit cards, and I suspect over 95% of their transactions are with debit cards. BTW, Costco no longer accepts AMEX.

It wouldn’t be awkward to ask for separate checks. We go out with friends to restaurants about every other week, and we always get separate checks.

It was 2005 and 2006. Ten years ago. It will take a while to gather the information. Several others in the Florida GOP were doing the same thing. No one thought it was against the rules.

I am not a Rubio Supporter. I do think that Republicans should defend each other instead of being lead around by the main stream media. If we don’t like his ideas and principles, that should be enough to defeat him. Hell with all these stupid childish got’ca games.

Not a nonstory at all. How long before he paid back?

Obviously before the story aired...........

So you too continue to fall for the never ending remains of the shit that's being slung on the wall against ALL of the GOP's candidates.........
