I watched a tv show about the people who were in the World Trade Center buildings when they were attacked.

Did you know there were artists there? There were Democrats in those buildings.

My point is that the enemy attacks Americans and they don’t distinguish by political party.

Espionage is a crime against every American.

Whether Hillary Clinton was negligent or sold secrets for money or gave our secrets away because she sides with the enemy, she compromised our safety.

She even compromised the safety of the people she’s asking and expecting to vote for her.

Why would anyone (even a paid lackey) vote for or support someone who was so uncaring about their life like Hillary Clinton has been?

Only a fool votes for someone who is trying to get them killed.

Hillary is too big to prosecute

Maybe they are afraid they may prosecute a pumpkin by mistake...

I remember talk about a NDA and perhaps a search for one a year or two or more back, now that you mention it.

I would hope so. Anyone who is read-on to a classified program has to sign one of these.

This is obvious to most of us but I can understand the public not understanding. Most of us here at FR already knew that Hillary knew she was violating the law, she just didn't give a crap.

Hillary's babe-in-the-woods "wiped with a handkerchief" remarks were total crap. Her defense, alternating between "I didn't know" and "I know absolutely that I did nothing wrong" was downright schizophrenic.

Yep, and it applies to a lot more than just classified. I’ve had to sign NDAs whenever investigating aircraft mishaps. Releasing info pertaining to an active investigation will get a person fired AND prosecuted (just ask the guys who posted pics on Facebook of a B-1 bomber on Diego Garcia that had a collapsed landing gear).

This whole debacle shows why you want to do everything on a govt. computer and don’t release ANYTHING without running it through Public Affairs and/or the Foreign Disclosure Office. Hillary is a grade-A idiot.

"Two justice systems is right." Look no farther than football player Michael Irvin. When you see somebody with an extensive drug history on the TV show COPS on a traffic stop, the cops find their drug pipe, and the guy says, "Oh, my friend gave that to me to get rid of it and I just didn't do it yet," the cops always tell him, "OK, we believe you, you're good to go here." Right? Yeah, sure.

If Michael Irvin's history doesn't convince you, Paris Hilton removes all doubt. She's been busted for coke more often than you get your oil changed and she's done a total of 20 hours in jail.

You were right sarge. Here's the story now:

Key Clinton's emails did not contain highly classified secrets, inquiry finds

"A top expert in classification procedures called the development " an astonishing turn of events."

I am reminded of Scooter Libby, convicted on five counts that would be the same as what HRC is doing!
HRC= Hillary Rotten Core!

Just Googled this - thousands of articles on whether Dr. Carson got a scholarship offer to West Point 50 years ago and not a pica of ink about this from the LameStream. Yeah, no media bias.

If not, then they might as well open the doors of every prison in America and set the convicts free there as well!

I believe _resident Obucketocrap is doing that as we speak.

Any release of Sensitive Compartmented Information is —extremely— damaging to the nation.

An offense severe enough to jail her for d@mn near life.

And somebody that —isnt— going to handle Sensitive Compartmented Information would not be signing such an agreement.

Since they have proof she signed it, then she —was— going to handle it.

In her case, badly -mis-handled it.

A small price to pay to have the greatest woman the world has ever seen become our next great leader.
