Clinton Signed NDA Laying Out Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info
The Free Beacon ^ | 6 Nov 2015 | Lachlan Markay

As the nation's chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that "negligent handling" of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

If not, then they might as well open the doors of every prison in America and set the convicts free there as well!

“Will somebody be prosecuting her now?”

I read one pundit who wrote, “Hillary is too big to prosecute.” He was saying that, like on Lois Lerner, the FBI will go through the motions, but Justice will find no prosecutable offense.

At that point, if we weren’t before, we will officially be a banana republic.

...but she thought, “ADA doesn’t really apply to me even if I sign it. None of this would ever happen to me because I’m a Clinton.”

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement...

You always sign that sort of agreement when being briefed into a program at those classification levels. Well, YOU do. Hillary hasn't shown much of a propensity for obeying laws the rest of us have to. And the rumor I heard - trying to track the source now - is that she never signed a damn thing.

If hildabeast is not prosecuted, then Gen. Petraeus needs to file a lawsuit agains the DOJ for disparate treatment. He was convicted on far less.

The Obama Justice Department will prosecute Hillary when monkeys fly out of Obama's butt.

You have to wonder if both Hillary Clinton and Ben Carson will drop out of contention this weekend.

We got way past that point a long time ago, general...

A friend was recently complaining to me about the “two systems of justice in this country”. I told him that he was deluding himself if he thought that justice was part of the US punishment system and that I stopped keeping track of how many separate ones there were once it got into double digits.

Today is Friday...maybe all this crap (shiny objects) about Carson and Rubio are diversions from the Hillary scandal news...?

He’s pretty much got monkey’s flying out of his mouth ever time he opens it .... there’s always hope enough ‘internal pressure’ will build (or the drugs will wear off) that they’ll start shooting out of the other end. :-)

It depends on what the definition of “negligent handling” is. That’s a pretty big phrase for people who don’t know the definition of “is”.

It probably has more to do with how presidents “handle” interns than how secs of state communicate.

Of course. And don't take that seriously until I do. It may well be one of those friend-of-a-friend things.
