I read one pundit who wrote, “Hillary is too big to prosecute.” He was saying that, like on Lois Lerner, the FBI will go through the motions, but Justice will find no prosecutable offense.
At that point, if we weren’t before, we will officially be a banana republic.

A friend was recently complaining to me about the “two systems of justice in this country”. I told him that he was deluding himself if he thought that justice was part of the US punishment system and that I stopped keeping track of how many separate ones there were once it got into double digits.

Govt rarely prosecutes itself ( or illegal immigrants). They find reasons to prosecute taxpayers and citizens because it doesn’t rock their cozy corrupt boat.
