Not really Baptist, good job on taking out the trash.
And they feel very, very good about themselves.
I guess that University Baptist “church” is like all the “gay affirming” University Lutheran “churches” around the USA!!!!
God Bless Antiochian Orthodox Metropolitan Joseph!!!! AXIOS!!!!

You can worship Christ or you can worship sodomy, but you cannot worship both.
A Baptist church in Hattiesburg, MS
an SBC association. The Baptist Faith and Message is clear on homosexuality. Disfellowshipping this group is the only answer...
I went to their website, to see what other affiliations they may have, like Southern Baptist Convention. I didn’t find any, but there is a link to something called “Back Door Coffeehouse.” Eww! I don’t want to know.
SBC has been infiltrated a lot IMHO.
Wife & I left one that had been preaching nothing but Rick Warren nonsense. And it was SBC....
So different it wasn't Baptist.
Well,
....
‘Bye
Where did you get this story? I clicked the link, but they don’t have this story. I did a search of their site, and still couldn’t find anything about this.
Too bad the Episcopal church didn’t do this, and the Catholics better start thinking about it.

The two seem to always go together — the women leaders and the homo stuff. I think once you decide you are not going ot obey God’s Word then you just start rejecting everything you don’t like.
Wow, that’s two “university baptist” churches that have been kicked out over the sexual sin issue, including the one in Austin, TX.
Now they are really different than the association.
Well, so far our Baptist preacher is holding firm. Has been
at the church for several years. So far, female preachers
aren’t running churches here (at least, not in any numbers).
We’ve been going to this one for over six years; but if
it suddenly “changes”, I’m outta there. Husband can stay if
he wishes; but there are some things I won’t sanction nor
enable. - That said; support your Christian churches. One
day, if you don’t support them, don’t fuss about the
mosques blasting the Muslim call to prayer on loudspeakers
around your court square.
