Dr. Ben Carson, MD discusses Real Food Technology solutions and his 10 year use of Mannatech glyconutrients
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
I know nothing about this product, and it may be a great one, but apparently they claimed they can cure autism and were fined for it.
he looked old, tired, and bordering on senility ..... he needs to sue that company
And the fact check on it:
I don’t think it’s a big issue. However, he’s making it a big issue by not just saying, “I was paid to give a speech for them. I used the product and that was years ago. It helped me. I wasn’t involved beyond the speeches and using it.”
Saying “no involvement” on something easily disprovable raising questions about Carson’s veracity and judgment, IMHO.
I think Rush summed it up today. Carson is being pumped up so he can be deflated later. The GOPe wants voters to flock to him instead of Trump so they can bounce later to Rubio.
Wiki on the company that goes into the claims:

Again, I like Carson generally and think he’s good for the party.
He just seems to have a propensity for unforced errors. Can’t afford those in the big leagues.
Just sleazy and creepy.
Some of the smartest people I know have fallen for nutritional scams. It always surprises me.
I know a school teacher who actually ordered “Flex-Seal”.... go figure
So Carson made a bad deal...so what. Its business, it happens.
I am not quite sure that I understand... I have never tried Flex-Seal because it is pricier than similar products that I have used but it definitely has a following and good reviews on Amazon.
My neighbor the school teacher was building a fence. He was nailing his 1”x6” fence boards to untreated hem/fir 2”x4” studs and setting the lower ones directly on the dirt. I told him that he really ought to put the lower 2”x4”s at least a couple inches off the ground or they would rot and be eaten by insects. He made fun of my suggestion and reminded me that he had a higher level of education than me. How do you suppose that turned out for him after a couple of years in the wet climate of Western Washington?
desperation.
after my brain injury i bought every and anything under the sun to heal damaged neurons that after so many years would likely not be healed.
i threw away about 50 bottles of crap about a year ago :)
Wow, he kind of goes on and on at length about how great this diet supplement scam is.
He shouldn’t lie and say he has nothing to do with it. The fact of the matter is he probably signed a contract with the company and that’s why they can use his likeness. Not, as he said “they don’t have permission”.
Best to just admit it and apologize. Trump did it tonight when asked about taking advantage of bad laws to benefit his companies. It happens.
I really don’t care about this issue. At least he has made his money legally as compared to many in the D party, including cankles herself. I especially liked Dr. Carson’s answer on gay marriage. It was true and non offensive to anyone on either side of the issue.
OMG.
Mannatech.
It’s the Jehovah’s Withness of door to door product sales.
Only thing worse is Shaklee.
If they ever come to door, I’m grabbing a Dobe and stripping down again.
That sounds kinda hot lmao
Maybe to a normal guy.
To Jehovah’s Witnesses, it’s like garlic to a vampire.
25 years and they *still* have never come back.
;D
LOL sad that people can be that brainwashed. If I seen you stripped down I would probably make an effort to return and see if I could help you with your umm “ problem” ;)
LOL
I’d just gotten out of the shower and the doorbell rang.
I peeped out, saw who it was, dropped the towel and opened the door.
The Dobe just happened to be following me around like a canine parasite, as is their habit.
They took off so fast I didn’t even get to say anything sarcastic.
>> he looked old, tired, and bordering on senility ..... he needs to sue that company
Hey, maybe Ben IS old, tired, and bordering on senility, in which case it’s Truth In Advertising and we should reward them and not sue them.
Took the words out of my mouth. He did say almost exactly that.
