"America is a bomb waiting to explode"
RT ^ | 18 Oct, 2015 | Sam Gerrans

Posted on 10/18/2015 8:56:55 AM PDT by spodefly

The United States is in decline. While not all major shocks to the system will be devastating, when the right one comes along, the outcome may be dramatic.

Not all explosives are the same. We all know you have to be careful with dynamite. Best to handle it gently and not smoke while you’re around it.

Semtex is different. You can drop it. You can throw it. You can put it in the fire. Nothing will happen. Nothing until you put the right detonator in it, that is.

To me, the US – and most of the supposedly free West – increasingly looks like a truck being systematically filled with Semtex.

Oh I agree with that. Just like anything published you have to read it with discretion. Not everybody writes the truth or the facts.

Except we went from “I dare you to lay a hand on a Steelers fan!” to “Gimmedat!” since the 60’s.

RT is nothing but a mouth piece for Putin. However, this article is 100% correct.

Nice. I won’t take any of your self-righteous post personally. You don’t know me.

Regardless of the source, this is an idea and a description of a set of circumstances we all have to live with.

WHAT is America but beauty queens, millionaires, stupid records and Hollywood?" asked Adolf Hitler in 1940

You all keep underestimating us. There is a whole lot more to American then what you see in the "News" media.

What keeps the thugs and punks safe is the rule of law. Law protects them from people like me. Take the gloves off and they will not like the results.

VanShu: I do not think it’s Krushchevesque. The author isn’t saying Russia will take us down. The author isn’t even saying that Russia is in a better position than the USA to survive a SHTF situation. The article just points out large US vulnerabilities-— and unfortunately, they’re all true.

“Demographics is Destiny”.

For sure. We’re at about 1.8 children per family. Most of Europe is 1.1

Muslims are at 8.1

The very minimum to sustain a society is 1.3.

If we could turn all the Hispanics conservative, we’d be in better shape. With Hispanic immigration we are headed to 2.2

The very minimum to sustain a society is 1.3.

I believe 2.1 is the minimum to sustain. One point three was listed as the rate from which no country/culture has ever recovered ... it basically halves the population of the country in one generation.

You're right. That is Trump's greatest appeal.

He is honest. He despises decadence. He himself is ascendant, and he offers to lead America in ascendancy also.

Trump--and Truth--are our best hope.

If you simply remove (liquidate) the communist from our education system and replace him with a patriot.

I agree, but we have to get the electorate to vote for that patriot. Unless the free money stops somehow, it will be very difficult to beat another freebie candidate.

Were America still primarily populated with my parents or grandparents generational peers, I believe the country could weather a whole host of dire calamities.

But now? Not a chance. We’ve become a morally rotted society. A populace that has become so weak and spineless that it cowtows to every mind-bogglingly insane PC agenda that gets promulgated. A culture that worships depravity and spits on all things decent. A society that has become balkanized to the point of no shared beliefs, no shared values, and no shared history.

A pajama-boy nation. A fag-marriage nation. I wouldn’t bet a single, solitary dime on its survival.

“You all keep underestimating us.”

Agree. It sounds like one of the Vietnamese communists’ favorite tactics/gambits in the `70s: `We have no problem with the American people ... it’s your government.”

They’ve just used the corollary here: “This time—it’s you.”
I didn’t buy it then (although LBJ was a piece of work) and like you, I don’t buy it now. Even if about 20-30% of us now are practically walking dead we haven’t reached the `tipping point’; Obama would love to tip us with “refugees” and illegal aliens.

Today, however, the problem actually is our government: Obama and his federal apparatchiks, RINO allies and district court appointments.

There are many of us who survived and raised our families in the 1960’s. This time of our history is very different and incredibly frightening. Certainly we did not have the internet then and our networking ability was limited to what we learned by listening in on our multi-party landline. Looking back we at least felt like we had more control over our environment and lives versus little or no control now.

The resilience and strength of character that has helped U.S. through past crises doesn’t exist any longer.

There are large segments of the nation where traditions of hard work, honesty, fair play and common decency are still dominant. Those areas include some segments of our inner cities and the vastness that is flyover country. They do not include the media, the ruling class, major industry, education and much of organized religion. A revolution is at hand that will overthrow all of those who are contemptuous of America's great traditions.
