If Hillary Clinton and her supporters thought her email problems were behind them after the Democratic debate, those hopes could soon be dashed.
Fox News reported this week that the FBI is looking into whether there's been any violation of the Espionage Act as a result of her use of a private, unsecured email system while secretary of state.
When classified material started showing up in Clinton's emails, she argued that she'd done nothing wrong because none of the emails she sent or received was marked "classified" at the time.
But violating the Espionage Act doesn't require that the information come emblazoned with such markings. "Gross negligence" in handling "information relating to national defense" is all that's needed to be found guilty. And the maximum penalty is 10 years in prison .
Gross negligence could include, Fox reports, storing national defense information on "an unsecured computer network."
Given what we've learned in the past few weeks, it seems pretty obvious that Clinton's server was very much unsecured.
AP reported, while she was secretary of state, her server "was connected to the Internet in ways that made it more vulnerable" to "even low-skilled intruders."
We also recently learned that Platte River Networks, which took control of Clinton's server in 2013, didn't have a cybersecurity system in place for months. Even then, Platte was later warned by another firm that Clinton's emails were "inadequately protected."
Fox also reports that investigators are looking into whether there was any obstruction of justice involved in how Clinton handled her emails and turned them over to the State Department.
Anyone who thinks the FBI isn't taking this case seriously should read Friday's New York Times. In a story headlined "Obama's Comments on Clinton Emails Collide With FBI Inquiry," the Times reports that FBI agents were "angered"...

I hope it also leads to the damning evidence that must be out there somewhere regarding Benghazi for the which she and Obama should rot away the rest of their life in prison for.
Maybe someday the Egyptian intelligence will release what they almost have to have on the collusion between the Obama admin through the Clinton State Department and the Muslim Brotherhood over Benghazi and the gun running to Al Qaeda.
If I did what Clinton (allegedly) did , when I was handling classified information while serving in the military, I would be posting this from Fort Leavenworth.
I think there is a very good chance she will be indicted.
One of the things the Clinton Crime Family excels at is using minor crimes to cover up major crimes.
They understand that things that set off the VRWC, like blow jobs in the Oval Office and technical violations of policy/procedures regarding email, are as nothing to your average Wal-Mart shopper.
Having the Trey Gowdys of this world focussed on those things permits them to skate on the big ones, like selling secrets to China or running a worldwide bribery racket.
Wake up to reality! It’s a Clinton we are talking about, a Democrat! No jail time a certainty. A conviction unlikely. A pardon a probability.

But didn’t The Bern EXCUSE Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, from culpability for the content of the e-mails in the debate? He said, “The American People are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails!”
And of course, if the American People don’t care, then the FBI and the Benghazi committee shouldn’t either.

I concur totally. Those of us who were in the belly of the beast of secure communications will never forget the endless training and refreshers we were required to have, just to have clearance for entry into a comm center.
In a just world, Hitlary & Billy Joe would both be behind bars, but instead we live in a world where they are paid millions to spew their filth. They’ll never even seriously question them much less charge them and they know it and that’s why she was cackling in the interview a couple of days ago. I’d love to be proved wrong, but this isn’t the first criminal act that they skated through.
She should have been in jail when she first entered employment after her indoctrination into Lucifereanism at college—her employer should have turned her in to be prosecuted since she was so evil and lying.
The fact that people like Dinesh DiSouza and Kent Hovind gets put in prison—or the military men that protect children from rape-—HAS TO BE PUNISHED for their Christian Worldview-—(oh, such mean and evil people compared to Sharpton, and J.Jackson, and Billy Clinton, and Al Gore LOLOLOL) .
It proves how evil our “Justice” (ha ha) System is—such an oxymoron—and it NEEDS reform 80 years ago when Justice Holmes destroyed Virtue to destroy only one faith—the Christian one as he promoted satanism, atheism, humanism, paganism, etc. in all of the John Dewey operant conditioning factories to dehumanize our children.
We have a “Justice” System which is now a Vice System and punishes the Good and teaches our children that Evil is Good.
This evil system (Montesquieu and the Founders and John Marshall stated that ALL JUST LAW HAS TO promote PUBLIC VIRTUE otherwise it is “NULL AND VOID” and should be DISOBEYED (like MLK, Jr. DID ).
But our sodomite controllers worship Ba’al and so their religion is promoted intentionally to train their future acolytes (Lucifer Lovers/Alinsky-types) to sodomize others like our prisons and SCOTUS does.-—forcing Satanic religion on us so our children are corrupted and their worldview is forced on them.
Toxic cultures are embedded into all children who are “raised” in them-—like the boys harem culture of islam. Those boys will remain puerile and immature and “group thinkers”-—emotional “thinkers” only like Common Core does to your children.
I think that whole thing with Bernie Sanders at the debate was preplanned and staged.
Anyone else notice Hillary cackled and laughed then too? Even when the camera wasn’t on her, the sound track carried her cackle far and wide.
Can anyone think of any other politician or anyone in public life, who laughs as much as Hillary, with such an annoying laugh, at inappropriate times?
Did Reagan ever laugh at inappropriate times? Bush 41, Bush 43, any other president or politician you can think of? What the heck is up with her???? Her behavior is not normal.
Please note, the penalty is ten years per offense.
Mrs. Bill faces real jail time if and only if Hussein has decided that she should go to jail. The AG will proceed as he instructs. The FBI will proceed as the AG instructs or permits. If Hussein can chase her out of the race without jailing her he won’t jail her. If he decides that Biden and Sanders cannot win the election he will spare Mrs. Bill to be nominated. Nothing short of an indictment will have any effect on Mrs. Bill’s electability. All other scandal is just malicious politicking against the Woman. Most of the electorate is conditioned by their public school education and the MSM to perceive all developments as politics, nothing more, as a game that has winners and losers. The facts make no impression at all.
Will she still run for President while on trial ?
It’s fitting that a criminal be the Dem nominee. They need a crook to rob their fellow citizens and to use brutal force on us.
