FBI Seizes State Department Servers In Clinton Investigation
Breitbart ^ | October 7, 2015 | By Ron Hayward

Posted on 10/07/2015 6:13:50 PM PDT by Brad from Tennessee

The FBI seized four servers from the State Department building a few weeks ago as part of the investigation into classified material improperly stored on Hillary Clinton’s secret email server, particularly the Top Secret documents that have been discovered in her email trove.

This revelation comes from Bill Gertz at the Washington Free Beacon, citing anonymous sources familiar with the investigation. Gertz notes that the State Department referred questions about the seized servers to the FBI, which declined to comment on the matter.

It would be interesting to know exactly what the FBI computer forensics team is looking for on these servers, and whether they were part of the State Department’s secured or unsecured email networks. Investigators are probably trying to resolve the “air gap” issue: the physical impossibility of forwarding communications from the classified network to an unsecured system, such as Clinton’s home-brew machine. . .

Right, this is now a loose snake that Obama can’t touch.

Cheryl Mills, I believe, sent a classified doc to a low level grunt at CGI. That tells me that CGI was being fed top secret intel for Bills benefit. Bill needed to look informed as he sold State assets for speeches.

To me, this has all the hallmarks of organized crime.

He wants to know what’s in the email she deleted.

And which of her lawyers has copies of the ones to/from his highness.

However, those won’t be found at State.

This could also be the setup to help decide which of her aides takes the fall.

She will still claim ignorance.

I know this may sound like my hat is manufactured by Reynolds Aluminum, but I believe the FBI is carefully conducting a squeeze play on Hillary Clinton at the direction of Barak Obama.

This is insane. It is clear, CLEAR, that Hillary Clinton broke the law with respect to the classified information found in her emails.

Why has no Federal Grand Jury been convened?

Why are Huma Abedin and the rest of Hillary’s merry band of private email minions not being investigated/charged with mishandling classified information?

so just why has it taken so long to grt the servers?

Because Hillary did not voluntarily turn the personal server over earlier.

The FBI could not seize the server until they had Probable Cause to obtain a search warrant for her personal server.

The FBI likely did not have PC for a warrant until the 1st 4 Classified documents were discovered in the 1st 40 e-mails reviewed from a batch of 55,000 email printouts.(an obvious delaying tactic & suggests an effort to hide something.)

They might also be looking for emails with the unmarked classified info they found in Hillary's emails, that pre-date those emails and are marked as being classified. That will belie Hillary's claims that any classified information she sent wasn't marked as classified until after the fact.

Remember when Clinton said that she never sent or received emails MARKED classified? It was because her assistants would copy/paste classified information and consolidate that information into emails to her without the classified markings.

Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation of Records
(18 U.S.C. § 2071)

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Whoever knew to jump the air gap knew to strip the markings.

This will tell them who sent what to whom and when.

Funny thing about government scanners... most are network jobs that email you the document. If someone scanned the marked version and used Adobe to strip it, that info will be found.

Someone somewhere has a lawyer on speed dial.

Huma and Cheryl have been investigated. They gave testimony.

Her server guy plead the fifth.

Maybe we will see some CGI people testify? That would be fun.

Yep. They just need a trail to follow. Having the electronic copies of the emails with the message headers intact will establish an audit trail. I'm pretty sure that's at least part of the reason Hillary had those emails printed off instead of just sending them the files. Printed emails don't include the headers.

They both have too much on each other.

That's my take on it. I think they'll both protect each other, mainly so they can protect themselves.

The big question in my mind is, is there someone left in the FBI with the spine for trying to see some justice done?
