Former President Donald Trump will not be put in handcuffs when he turns himself in next week, his attorney confirmed to The Post on Friday. Lawyer Joe Tacopina confirmed the news in a text while also giving a round of interviews promising that Trump is now “ready to fight” — with “zero” chance he’ll buckle and seek a plea deal. “The president will not be put in handcuffs,” the attorney also told ABC News’ “Good Morning America” — while not ruling out a perp walk or a mugshot. “I’m sure they’ll try to get every ounce of publicity he can...

Former President Donald Trump has reportedly said he wants to be hauled into court in handcuffs if he’s slapped with unprecedented charges in the “hush money” case involving porn star Stormy Daniels. Trump, 76, told advisers of his plan, saying that if he has to go through the ordeal of getting arrested and arraigned, he’d prefer making it a “spectacle,” The Guardian said Wednesday, citing unidentified sources close to him. The ex-president — who’s seeking the Republican nomination for a third White House bid in 2024 — also wants to avoid any special treatment that could make him look weak,...

Richard Hayes, 37, of Mount Oliver, and Natosha Bell, 26, of Rankin, were arrested Wednesday at McClure Elementary School in White Oak, where Hayes’ 11-year-old son refused to get into his car at dismissal time, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. The frightened boy said he didn’t want to be handcuffed again as he clung to a school employee, a witness told police. Hayes opened the minivan’s door and a school...

Faces up to 10 years in jail... A video shows police in the UK smashing down a man’s door and arresting him for violating COVID quarantine rules. According to multiple reporters, Barr approached Pelosi following the National Peace Officers Memorial Service in Washington, shook her hand, and asked, "Madam Speaker, did you bring your handcuffs?" We want to see Christin Blasey-Ford in handcuffs along with her co-conspirators. Arrest them tomorrow or Saturday and begin prosecution proceeds for perjury, defamation of character, conspiracy to commit treason by subverting lawful governmental process and whatever else can be charged. All of those people need to go to jail. ANYONE who tries to pull that kind of stuff in the future needs to be behind bars. This stuff has got to be stopped now.

Iran's supreme leader was in a supremely sarcastic mood Tuesday as he gave a speech to a sea of military officials. His target: Trump's first foreign policy moves. “We actually thank this new president! We thank him, because he made it easier for us to reveal the real face of the United States,” said Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to a transcript posted on his official website. “… Now, with everything he is doing — handcuffing a child as young as 5 at an airport — he is showing the reality of American human rights.” While Khamenei's intended point about the...

Two days ago Yahoo News claimed a 5-Year-Old American citizen was handcuffed at the Dulles Airport for hours. The Independent in the UK made the same unfounded accusation. The accusation flew around the Internet. I suspected fake news. Let us see the pictures of the handcuffed 5 year old. Everyone has phones and cameras today. We have seen plenty of examples of fake accusations. It did not take me long. It was fake news. Snopes found a picture that was used in this accusation, that was from 2015. http://www.snopes.com/small-child-handcuffed-at-dulles/ A 5-Year-old was detained for four hours at Dulles,...

(Video at link)A state Republican party leader brought a pair of handcuffs to an MSNBC interview Thursday, arguing Hillary Clinton could appear in them on inauguration day. Dallas Woodhouse, executive director of North Carolina’s GOP, argued Republicans in his state don't have a "suppression vote problem" but Clinton’s supporters “have a depression problem." "The Democrats have a depression problem. You know why? It’s very simple. Their candidate, if elected, could have these on election day," he said, holding up the handcuffs. “Hillary Clinton inauguration jewelry,” Woodhouse added. “Is this the kind of rhetoric you want to be seeing five days...

The FBI seized four servers from the State Department building a few weeks ago as part of the investigation into classified material improperly stored on Hillary Clinton’s secret email server, particularly the Top Secret documents that have been discovered in her email trove. This revelation comes from Bill Gertz at the Washington Free Beacon, citing anonymous sources familiar with the investigation. Gertz notes that the State Department referred questions about the seized servers to the FBI, which declined to comment on the matter. It would be interesting to know exactly what the FBI computer forensics team is looking for on...

The abortion lobby has taken note of Pro-Life Action League’s mailer project and doesn’t like it. On January 22, the 42nd anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe v Wade decision, the League sent a mailer to every abortion clinic in the U.S. Inside was a pair of plastic handcuffs, a photo of Oklahoma City abortionist Naresh Patel being arrested last month, and a note asking, “Could you be next?” The note encouraged abortion workers to get out of the business for their own good and included PLAL’s Eric Scheidler’s personal cell phone number. The list of abortionists and workers who...
