Just received a call from her husband. Amy is in the hospital with appendicitis. He says she had been in pain for a couple days, then it got real bad last night so they called 911. Apparently it had burst. She's had surgery and is in the ICU now. He says she's doing better tonight and they might move her tomorrow.

Oh man, not good news at all! Deepest prayers for Amy!!

That happened (burst appendix) to my dad when he was six years old in Boston in 1917. Very painful and (at least back then) life threatening. He was at Massachusetts General Hospital when the appendix burst while he was in an elevator headed for surgery.

May our heavenly Father who lovingly formed JustAmy in her mother's womb take her now in His loving and healing hands, ease her pain, heal her and grant her long life and restored good health. I ask this in Jesus's holy name.
