Trump 48/41, Bush 50/40, Fiorina 52/38.
Poll has Hillary over Trump in NH, 48-45, losing to Bush and Fiorina.
Sanders beats Trump by 5 in IA, trails Bush by 2, Fiorina by 3; and in NH he beats Trump by 10 while beating Fiorina by 2 and is tied with Bush.
For the final winner? Maybe.
For picking the top two or three Iowa has been pretty good.
Though I do wish I was back in Nebraska. Missing work because a candidate is eating near by sucks.

Trump may very well lose Iowa, but I don’t see him losing after that.
By then you have to figure Carson, Trump, Fiorina, Cruz maybe even Rubio will still be in. I see Bush with less than 4 % but he won’t drop out until the convention.
Which ticks me off. I mean, at what point do you say as a candidate, “Okay, the polls have spoken. The people want Trump this time around. Let’s rally around the man, and win!”
But no, those bast*rds will hang in there til the end.

The Dems don’t have anyone this time.
It speaks volumes that no serious Dem will run against Hillary until she is safely behind bars. Thats why her only competition is Biden or a couple of no-names.
With most Repubs in favor of going to war with Russia to protect ISIS, and with the Dems wanting to bring in millions of “Syrians”, its going to be a blow-out for Trump in the primary, and a blow-out for Trump in the general.
Cruz and Trump are the only two names I care about. The rest are just chaff.

Iowa is a liberal freak hangout? Compared to what? Alabama?
U ever spend any time here? If so, certainly not in the rural parts.
Iowa is a swing state and retains first in the nation caucus. Regardless of the reasoning, still important to candidates.
How often does it vote for the republican?

So you consider Wall St. Journal part of the MSM. Well, you may not like AOL either, but they do have a long fairly detailed analysis of many candidates, both parties from weaker to stronger, so Trump and Clinton appear last.
No, any time you “factor in” all these other subjective things, it becomes meaningless. I could give you a number of things, such as attendance at rallies, amount of money available, free advertising via tv, that would be just as meaningful.
Since 1988, Iowa has gone Dem 6 out of the last 7 elections. Not a swing state.

As for the NBC/WSJ poll, it`s owned by NBC basically, Chuck Todd stated he from time to time have actually worded the questions
Yes WSJ is absolutely part of the MSM, their editorial is rep establishment, and that is the most conservative part of the paper.
Rupert Murdoch who really is not a Conservative made no changes when he bought it. Most of Murdoch`s media is leftist or MSM
Fox News used to be more Conservative but Rupert just saw a opening there, he may be a fiscal conservative but that`s it

I hate to post this because it’s gonna cause a bunch of Trump people to start the name calling (GOPe, pro-amnesty, liberal , ,etc) BS again, but these polls right now are about as accurate as “climate change” predictions.
You have to dig into these numbers to see what’s really being discovered by them.
What is being learned is that, like all years previously, no one is paying attention to any of this for the most part.
The sample sizes are ridiculously low. Most of what are considered “likely voters” don’t start paying attention to any of this stuff until after the holidays before the presidential election.
Add to that pollsters are having a hard time conducting these polls because of the abundance of cell phones over land lines.
Trump has “popularity” on his side, as does Hillary, and even to some degree Jeb, but the reality is that right now, only people like us (I am a self described political junkie) are paying enough attention.
That is why I, unlike others here, haven’t abandoned Cruz. I am watching what’s going on outside of the headlines, and he is building a “grassroots” movement unlike any I’ve ever seen.
I also damn well believe we better not be taking Jeb lightly. It may look to us like he’s damaged, but no one has begun spending the money they have raised, and they won’t until after 1/1/16. Jeb has a pile of it, but lucky for us so do Cruz, and Trump.
This is still soooo far from decided yet, and I’m afraid too many folks have an abundance of over-confidence, and are doing a lot of “wishful thinking” based on what we say, and read on FR. This place does have an element of “preaching to the choir” about it.
So just to wave off the eventual attacks, I have been, am, and always will be a Cruz supporter. I will not support anyone else in the primaries. I also will vote for Trump is he gets the nomination, but I will not concede that until the votes are counted at the convention, and will actively work to make sure Cruz gets every delegate possible.
Between that statement, and my posting history, it should convince anyone with a smidgen of common sense, that I am not a “plant” by the GOPe.
