For many, San Francisco income levels have been steadily rising the last four years.
The median household income for whites reached $104,300 last year, up 14 percent since 2011, according to recently released census data. The annual household median rose for Latinos and Asians, as well.
But not all have fared as well during the city's seemingly relentless explosion of wealth.
In the same span, the median income of San Francisco's shrinking black population fell to $29,500, a 5 percent decline. It's even lower than what blacks make in Oakland or San Bernardino County, the most affordable part of the state.

What is the income gap between Black gays and Black heterosexuals? Between Asian heterosexuals and Black heterosexuals, between Asian gays and Black heterosexuals, between White gays and White Heterosexuals? Maybe a more definitive study that doesn’t start with a bias.

I wasn’t aware that the White Metrosexual Gays allowed Blacks into San Francisco. The Straight ones anyway.
Sorry, but I’m not reading another “I’m a victim” piece. There’s plenty of opportunity for blacks, they just need to make smarter choices, starting with repairing the black family unit. In the 1960’s, about 20% of black babies were born out of wedlock. In 2014, it was 72%. It takes no brains to father a child, but it takes effort to be a father and 72% of black men duck that responsibility.

Asians and Hispanics are not part of the equation-—and I’m sure they make more than the blacks also.

I'm not sure if that is fair. There are SO few gays in society, generally, that it would be nigh on impossible to ascertain that number.
As for unbiased studies, that would be the best, but studies are RIDDLED with flaws. The LEAST reliable is the survey study. That is probably what would be attempted.
But, in the end, it really is about money, isn't it? It usually is.

But the homos are doing well so that makes up for it.
I’m betting Asians make more than Whites. Whenever we travel down to Koreatown in Dallas it looks like a foreign luxury car dealership in the parking lots.
