SNL wasted no time in its season premiere tonight getting to the comedic goldmine that is Donald Trump‘s candidacy for the presidency.
“Trump” and his wife spent the entire cold open bragging about how well-off they are but also assuring the American people they’re just average Joes “but better.”

SNL wasted no time in its season premiere tonight getting to the comedic goldmine that is Donald Trump‘s candidacy for the presidency.
“Trump” and his wife spent the entire cold open bragging about how well-off they are but also assuring the American people they’re just average Joes “but better.”
They even got in a reference to Trump’s Megyn Kelly feud, in which The Donald said that he loves Kelly and thinks she’s great, but “she’s a heifer who’s always on her period and I hope she dies.”

They didn’t open with Hillary Rotten Clinton, they opened with Trump.
Few things are more repulsive than the sight of Ellen boogieing with the likes of Hillary and Moochelle.
Do you know the pedigree of the clip of Hillary bellying-up behind the black woman stroking her crotch? Is that legit?
The more they attack him, the stronger he gets.
I saw the Trump skit, and it was not particularly mean-spirited, IMHO. I mean, come on, it's satirical comedy. Personally, I like irreverent humor.
Overall, they're relatively consistent in their bashing over at SNL. I remember back in the early days some of the Jimmy Carter stuff was brutal.
It was actually reasonably amusing, and as others have observed, once you've made SNL, you've hit the big time.
I agree, this type of stuff won't hurt Trump, in fact it will probably help push him more effectively into the mainstream, so to speak...

Then there's always the, "I don't even own a T.V. therefore I'm better than you" crowd.

Because of the shadows and Hillary seems out of focus it does seem photoshopped.
But here is a 1:06 minute clip of Hillary, she moves up and holds hands, before they start to grind, ...CNN had the same clip.

Actually, the clip seems legit.
Likely true for the year he was a cast member.
Chevy Chase was a full-time cast member for only the first year.
It would if anyone besides liberal douchebags watched that dumb show anymore.... They don't and haven't for decades.

After their original cast left the building, we quit watching because it was no longer funny, just LOUD! Did watch this clip....and it’s still no longer funny.
Hillary was on SNL in person tonight. They did make fun of her but it was pretty mild.

Not bad really-- I thought the Jimmy Fallon with the real Donald in the mirror routine was A-1.
The entire Show was a Trump / Republican Bashing Session.
A little harmless Joke or two about Bernie were thrown in to appease their special Guest Hillary, who even made a Trump Joke in her little Bartender Skit.
Not one Joke about Benghazi / Email Server Clinton. I guess they just couldn’t think up any funny material about her.
In other words, nothing I didn’t expect.
