* Boehner calls some conservatives "unrealistic"
* Plans to pass government funding bill with Democratic support
* Says he could have survived a vote to oust him
House Speaker John Boehner isnt going out quietly.
The outgoing and embattled speaker had choice words Sunday for his foes inside and outside of Congress and signaled that he intends to be very much in charge until he relinquishes the speakers gavel under pressure at the end of October.
Boehner took aim at Republican rebels in the House of Representatives and unnamed conservative and tea party groups that agitated for his departure.
He blasted them as false prophets who whip people into a frenzy believing they can accomplish things that they know, they know, they are never going to happen.
Theyre unrealistic, the Ohio Republican said on CBSs Face the Nation. The Bible says beware of false prophets. And there are people out there, you know, spreading noise about how much can get done. I mean this whole notion that were going to shut down the government to get rid of Obamacare in 2013 this plan never had a chance.
When asked if the false prophets included Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, a 2016 Republican presidential candidate, Boehner said, you can pick out a lot of names. Ill let you choose them.

I hope he goes on a wicked bender, and falls down his stairs.
Hear’s a suggestion Boehner.
Leave wuitly making no deals with the Dems and we don’t TAR & FEATER You!
“Bitter,,, party of one”
I freely admit to being bitter because I have been betrayed by the GOP.
Read the full article and every quote to see what a disgusting POS this traitor is.
Only because you stood against them!
If only that guy had poisoned him...
Yes. It appears that he is the whining crybaby, bitter, drunkard we thought he was. No wonder he gave Owebowma everything he wanted.
Capitulation is not a deal.

I prefer Neville
Vet, Cochran in Mississippi was the new GOP-e paradigm— open and brazen appeal to Dems promising them more government spending, in exchange for their votes to beat a small gov’t conservative.
Either take back the party with Ted Cruz, or constitutional conservatives are completely disenfranchised.
Gingrich— that’s who. from whip to speaker.
Isn’t there a legal remedy to halt his actions as speaker? Can’t he be brought up on the house ethics committee based on his statements of getting even by doing what the people don’t want him to do on legislation? Would we have to draw up articles of impeachment?
