Donald Trump couldn't resist the opportunity on Thursday to knock businesswoman Carly Fiorina during a campaign stop in New Hampshire.
"I thought I'd wait a couple of days before I expose her business failure," Trump said. "But honestly, it's so ridiculous."
But Halyna Sorensen's question during a town hall-style event that drew 3,000 people was too perfect for Trump to turn down, sending Trump spiraling into the latest iteration of his criticism of Fiorina's controversial business record -- not just at Hewlett-Packard, but at a lesser-known technology company called Lucent.
Sorensen, 66, was a Lucent employee when Fiorina took over a division of that company. And soon after Fiorina took over, Sorensen said she was forced to retire as part of changes Fiorina instituted.
Sorensen accused Fiorina of mismanaging the company, sending stock prices tumbling and, with it, taking nearly $500,000 Sorensen said she had invested as part of a retirement plan.
"She put our company Lucent Technologies in the ground," Sorensen said at the event in Rochester.

Based on his non-reaction to the guy who questioned obama’s religion and wanted to kick Muslims out, it doesn’t look like Trump is ready to engage with Islam yet.
She sickens me. Not only does she praise a barbaric culture but she slams Christianity at the same time.
I hope Trump gets this message somehow.
But the attempted destruction of Trump by the media will continue and we should remember they were enemies of America when it is time to pay up.
Lucent is only a lesser known company to people under 30. It was pretty darn big at the time.
So, we have The media, the dems, the repubs, the COC all aligned against us.

Once we get the media to stop talking about her super whitty debate retort and start defending the business record that she’s running on, she’s going to go down. Her record was terrible.

They made great wireless telephones and answering machines (remember those?) back in the day. Then all of a sudden the products weren’t around anymore. Magic touch of the horse fairy.
But it’s becoming sickening that the electorate in this country continues to be vulnerable to turning the office of the presidency into a laboratory for social experimentation.
What’s next after we elect some female? Amending the Constitution to allow a fourteen-year-old to be elected? Or the SCOTUS decreeing the minimum age requirement for qualifying to run is “arbitrary, capricious, and therefor struck down?
The U.S. Conference of catholic bishops are working pretty hard, with the leadership of the two Mexican born hardly English literate, Gomez and Garcia, LA and San Antonio to get people to accept that America owes Mexicans the right to share those two states and more I guess
They have good intentions
But the Catholic Church Catechism and the rule of law within the Church forbids illegal immigration for its members and forbids condoning it for obvious logical reasons It forbids illegal activity for its members and recognizes laws of the country wherever it is And it forbids clergy from getting involved in politics and our laws do not favor public figures that are not natural born citizens from becoming involved with corruption of our government
So they are not representing the Church in this case whether they think they are or not
Sorry to say but Trump lacks the self-discipline needed to be the commander in chief over nuclear weapons. Otherwise he could make America great again.
