The deputies cannot legally issue licenses without the clerks approval. I do not know if this is in fact true. I hope it is, but I do not know that it is.
Bunning is threatening the deputies with contempt for NOT breaking KY law.
Yes, I know how the Volksgerichtshof works.

Its not the law, There is no law here at all. Where is the law by code please that says its legal? Courts cannot make law. That’s only for congress to create laws.

Five of the six clerks said they would issue the licenses Good Nazis. Go along or you could be next. This Nazi analogy is very correct. This is exactly the sort of things that the Nazis did, only they went much farther. I expect our judges will go farther eventually, but they're not there yet.
And the Nazis were also mostly Homosexuals.

If we don't find a way to elect a solid conservative with the courage to start reversing the damage Obama has done all arguments are useless no matter how true they are.
I have always believed that our founders were intelligent, moral and possessed wisdom unmatched since this country's inception. But, I'm beginning to think the Supreme Court may be something that needs to be reexamined since it has so easily become apolitical tool.

It was an attempt to be civil with you. I see that it appears to have been a mistake.

A defiant county clerk in Kentucky who has refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples says she will not accept a compromise that would have let her out of jail.
Attorneys for gay couples had proposed that Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis be let out of custody if she promised not to interfere with her deputies, but the clerk refused.

From above article about Kim Davis: Judge Bunning says he will keep Davis in jail for at least a week
The murderer of Kate Steinle:
Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez (or Francisco Sanchez; given name José Inez García Zarate),[13] of Guanajuato, Mexico, had been deported from the U.S. a total of five times, most recently in 2009. He was on probation in Texas during the time of the shooting.[14] He had seven felony convictions. At the time of the shooting, Sanchez was listed as 45 years old by police, but 52 in jail records.[citation needed]....San Francisco did not honor the detainer and released him since they found no active warrant for his arrest
Murderer goes free and innocent is imprisoned.
Can anyone say 'Barabbas'? <

This country has always had disagreements, but what makes this country different from other countries is that we respect the rule of law. That is when everyone should have left the courtroom
To: PATRIOT1876
UPDATE: Kim Davis stayed in custody and did not return to the courtroom. Her attorney told the judge that she does not authorize any employee to issue licenses in her absence.

Indeed it is a generally not-right thing to be messing around with that party today.
HOWEVER. I humbly submit to a Candid Freepdom that God has just shown that righteousness can transcend even Democrathood.
