At long last, this whole dumb national nightmare is (hopefully) over.
In a shocking announcement on Thursday morning, Judge Richard M. Berman ruled against the NFL, nullifying Tom Brady’s four-suspension for his role in the Deflategate scandal.
His ruling confirms what many of us have long thought — that the NFL overstepped its bounds in suspending Tom Brady, doing so with nothing but circumstantial evidence.

I knew the Wells report and the NFL case were phony. I thought it highly likely that the judge would rule against the NFL.
A lot of people hate Tom Brady and believe the MSM reports so I found a lot of people willing to bet.
Goodell says he will appeal the ruling. Yet another bad decision by Goodell.
He just ruled on whether Goodell had the authority. He didn’t rule it was a sham. Brady is still dishonest and a cheat.

I doubt Brady would have destroyed his cell phone over a sham.

Goodell works for Kraft. But he had to make it look like he wasn’t giving them a special break. Goodell treats teams he’s friends different than the other team. Patriots will not be seriously punished no matter what they do.

You sir are a moron. The NFL admitted in Court and the Wells report that they couldn’t show any deflation. This from people who produced that 2nd hand smoke produced no health issues. The Judge quoted the Wells report on this in his decision today.

Right after Tom Brady won his Deflategate case he received a phone call. It’s not unusual for a Super Bowl winning football quarterback to get a congratulation call from the President.
But instead of hearing Obama on the other end of the phone, Brady is surprised to hear it is Hillary Clinton, asking how he managed to destroy criminal evidence and still get off Scott free.

The NFL suspended Brady because they had proof.
Like Obama & Co., the Deflatriots found a friendly judge.
Headline in the Telegraph that Gisselle had talked to a divorce lawyer. Brady was not going to turn his cell over and see it in the tabloids the next day.
