I doubt Brady would have destroyed his cell phone over a sham.

Isn’t his wife a supermodel? Maybe he didn’t want their communications to go public?

Headline in the Telegraph that Gisselle had talked to a divorce lawyer. Brady was not going to turn his cell over and see it in the tabloids the next day.

That was Brady’s personal phone. It did not belong to the NFL.

I doubt Brady would have destroyed his cell phone over a sham.

It could possibly be much more serious than deflated footballs. It's quite possible that emails validating extracurricular sexual activity existed on his cellphone that could have culminated in the beautiful "Mrs Brady" to seek a divorce and talk HALF of Brady's pot of gold.

IMO, that would be a far worse price to pay, as opposed to a 4 game suspension.

He supposedly regularly destroyed the old cell phone every time he got the newest one which he got regularly.

He destroyed his cell phone because it likely had private text conversations between him and his wife which could have been released by the same people who lied to ESPN about the PSI of the footballs at halftime.
