Last Wednesday, my daughter Alison was brutally struck down in the prime of her life by a deranged gunman. Since then, I have stated in numerous interviews with local, national and international media that I plan to make my life's work trying to implement effective and reasonable safeguards against this happening again.
In recent years we have witnessed similar tragedies unfold on TV: the shooting of a congresswoman in Arizona, the massacre of schoolchildren in Connecticut and of churchgoers in South Carolina. We have to ask ourselves: What do we need to do to stop this insanity?
In my case, the answer is: "Whatever it takes."
I plan to devote all of my strength and resources to seeing that some good comes from this evil. I am entering this arena with open eyes. I realize the magnitude of the force that opposes sensible and reasonable safeguards on the purchase of devices that have a single purpose: to kill.

Exactly!
Mentally ill people don’t realize what they are doing
Hell he planned it and filmed it
The world has always been full of bad mean people
Some cultures flourished around it
In our soft environment today were so hopelessly naive bebopping about clueless
I observe especially how naive young women are
A naivete that could have gotten their ancestor women killed
No one has asked the what if questions. What if the stations he sued did not settle? What if his last employer had pressed charges after his rampage after he was fired? What if he was not sent on his way to become someone else’s problem?
We will never know the answers but those questions are valid.
The ONLY reason we think he is mentally ill is because he killed two white people. If he had killed black men, we wouldn’t even be talking about it.
Parent of MSM member. No surprise here
Okay Andy, why don’t start with the criminals FIRST...
Then when you’ve taken care of that problem you can move along to the Government’s guns....
And Once you’ve accomplished those task you can talk about OUR guns....
UNTIL THEN.....

Not sure what to think.
Questions about Father’s anti gun enthusiasm
Questions about shooter’s pre shooting filming
Questions about shooter’s presence during interview
Questions about shooter not showing the dead or dying bodies
Questions about cameraman not reacting to shooter while he shot at reporter...seems she was shot at first
Questions about shooter’s demise
And of course ...with the UN’s Small Arms Treaty being signed by Lurch along with the Corker Amendment on the Iranian Deal....the anti gun BS is hitting high gear!!!
To the Trolls on FR... come and try to take the guns!!!!
“”God, Guns and Guts made America free, let’s keep all three””
I never saw this particular one, but had I seen it, the driver would have gotten a “thumbs up” from me.
I used to have one on the back of my ‘63 Galaxie, wish I had both of them now!
In the past 40 years blacks have murdered nearly 200,000 whites and that is only solved cases
The reverse is negligible
This is case is highlighted because it was on camera and more importantly it involved fellow media
Just like how poor Danny Pearl or Charley Hebdo drew disproportionate attention
They media cares more when it’s one of them
I don’t think this black on white genocide we’re living gets enough notice myself and yes neither does black on black murder which black leaders and media ignore preferring to focus on cops
So,if the father is going to “do what it takes”, he is going to push for reforms on the way the media handles this type of crime, right? After all, they do far more to cause them than does the existence of the Second Amendment:

It is called “The Copycat Effect”, and the media know all about it, yet they glorify these killer and make money off of their crimes.
You are not the only one with these questions bouncing around....
Sorry, wrong murdering filth. Not enough coffee.
Too bad she didn't shoot him, first.
Too bad her co-worker didn't shoot him, first.
Too bad the subject she was interviewing didn't shoot him first.
Too bad her father didn't shoot him first.
Too bad I didn't shoot him first.
“Liberals say that but they wont discipline their own kids who then throw these violent temper tantrums.”
Reminds me of our elected representatives who won’t use their authority to rein in an a chief executive when he first started violating the Constitution...problem ignored, and each successive problem is progressively worse than those before...just like a child.
