Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie on Saturday compared tracking illegal immigrants in the United States to locating FedEx packages, even pledging to ask the company's founder and CEO to temporarily work with his administration to show immigration officials how to do it effectively.
The comments, at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire, caused an uproar on social media, Mediate and CNN reports.
"At any moment, FedEx can tell you where that package is," the New Jersey governor said. "It's on the truck. It's at the station. It's on the airplane. It's back in another station. It's back at the truck. It's at our doorstep. She just signed for it.

Maybe a UPC code, which doubles as "UnemPloyed Citizens". Thanks Red Steel.
A twisted analogy!
Since "they" was and and will be national socialists, who in America today call themselves Democrats, Progressives and "compassionate" Conservatives (aka: RINOs)...
And since "prisoners" are the very people who "they" want to set free and restore voting rights to...
And since "illegal aliens" are the very people "they" are allowing to invade our country unchecked and then supporting with an array of taxpayer funded welfare programs...
... your comment is @$$ backward!
When "they" come it will be for law abiding American citizens and anyone paying the least attention to the targets of the Obama Regime would realize that.
Chris Christie repeats what Gingrich said and does not give him credit. His decisions and statements demonstrate a not smart political hack.
Stupid analogy of the week.
Chris Christie is so smart he could probably have a conversation with Jeb they'd both be comfortable with. The way to get illegals out of the US is to fine and jail those who knowingly provide services, housing, and jobs for them. EVerify would achieve that.
Agreed but still a chip would make it easier to identify the illegals
That would be fine if you could get them close enough to a reader. Do that, but also barcode their head so they can be scanned like license plates with those IR laser scanners..... Barcode them right on the back of their right hand.
They’re on the boxcar- H.Clinton
Know what’s easier?
Don’t let them in to start with.
Worked for the first 180 years, it’ll do fine going into the future.
Oh, and imprison any Democrat trying to ferment insurrection by letting them in
This proposal will create another huge police state bureaucracy.
Send the illegals home & screen potential legal immigrants thoroughly. Don’t wait until they are here to monitor them.
Christie is another big government politician.
Dont let them in to start with.
Worked for the first 180 years, itll do fine going into the future.
Yeah....and just copy Mexico's rules and regulations concerning immigration to that country.
Hint...lot of fines and serious jail time for repeat offenders.
“Previously posted. CC is going to need the Big Truck and two bar-code tattoos.”
Not really, from what I understand, and FReepers correct me if I’m wrong.
The doing away with the old TV format was to allow trackers on Americans. Computer chip implants that are trackers operate on that bandwidth. We’ve all read about the chip being in the Obamacare bill. Well, I guess one way to get acceptance is to implant illegals so we can track them.
And Fat Boy saying this shows where he stands.
Hell, anything to avoid arresting the employers. Can’t imagine why.
As for this idea, FedEx tracks packages so well because each is barcoded and scanned at every transfer (duh). Good luck doing that with humans.
So what would be done with the accumulating data? Just keep in letting the aliens wander around like the rest of normal born citizens we track? Per HRC, “What difference does it make?”
That claim, that 40% of illegals are here on expired visas, never seems right to me. One would think they can only know that number by knowing how many people are here on expired visas. Yet, they also continue with the fiction that just 11 million illegals are here.
So I take it that something like 4.4 million people are here on expired visas. And certainly at least 30 million people are here illegally. If that is so, then only 15% of those here illegally are on expired visas.
They need to go too, but the faulty percentage always bothers me.
Even the Federal Government says "We don't know where all US visa-holders who have been admitted are...!"

If you have an illegal long enough to tag him, you might as well put him on a southbound bus
CC’s Nazi street cred continues to grind higher.
His solution for everything seems to smack of NWO.
Simple, just stick a tracking device up their asses.
Oh, I dunno bout that Fed-ex stuff.....
I say we water-board Jorge Ramos and make him tell us where all the (cough) Univision viewers are.
