During a visit to the Iowa State Fair on Saturday, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump -- while repeatedly describing her as nice woman -- took aim at his GOP rival, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, attacking her record in the private sector and her failed California Senate bid.
She's a very nice woman, she got fired, she did a terrible job at Hewlett-Packard, she lost in a landslide -- other than that, she's a very nice woman, Trump, echoing recent comments, told ABC News Martha Raddatz when asked for his thoughts on his solo female GOP competitor for the nomination.

I'd like to read a write-up or investigative piece that wasn't by the likes of Rolling Stone.
“Why is Trump running down all the other candidates like this?”
“Trump was asked about Carly and he answered.”
” ... Trump, echoing recent comments, told ABC News Martha Raddatz when asked for his thoughts on his solo female GOP competitor for the nomination.”
Ditto
Bankruptcy allows unsuccessful businesses to fail under controlled conditions so they can be restructured
Oh the horror
She has no issues
She has only ever been is a high ranking business employee and a political candidate
All she has is talk
And a track record at HP
Then she is an idiot because new hires in any organization bring replacement skills and new ideas and fresh energy
Young people should have a shot at working for govt if they are the best qualified
Talk is cheap and Carly has a lot of it
I grew up in a town that saw our local rich man restructure his business so he paid local tradesmen ten cents on the dollar. He kept his business and his machines and his mansion, and the tradesmen and their families suffered. He went on to bigger things and a bigger bankruptcy, and a bigger mansion after that, but he never suckered the locals in again.
So it all comes down to the terms of the bankruptcy - do you pay your creditors in full with an altered time frame or assets in place of cash? Or do you rip them off?
Well, you could always skip trying bankruptcy
Just fail
Lock it up and walk away
If that is more humane
“Hey Donald, Did she ever file bankruptcy? If not, shut the front unit. “
Fortunately, neither has Trump.
You just shut down any reasonable argument you may have had with that jab.
Oh well, you're entitled to your opinion.
It may have been more beneficial to all of us uninformed knuckle-dragging neanderthal hair lips if you explained the difference between a personal and corporate bankruptcy filing, and how this pertained to Trump's business dealings, and Fiorina’s performance as a CEO.
Obviously the poster was talking about Trump filing for bankruptcy for his companies.
...or Trump’s companies filing for bankruptcy - definitely different than saying that Trump (himself) ever filed for bankruptcy.
And, as it is, Trump used the tools available to him. The people that wound up not getting paid for their ALWAYS had the option of demanding cash up front...but did not.
How about all your assets to your creditors? Or the 20 year plan?
People are looking at these bankruptcies all wrong. Right now, the U.S. is bankrupt. Trump has experience with this, and brought his organization back to a profitable place. He’ll have to do the same with this country.
Here is a resource for you.
can you imagine 25,000 DNC TV commercials attacking Carly ... with ex-HP employees hammering her ?
it would be a political disaster ...
I think it was J.D. Rockefeller, or maybe it was J.P. Morgan. Anyway, one of them opined that they didn’t trust anyone who hadn’t been bankrupt before.
Why? Because they didn’t understand failure.
And yea, they were both sons of bitches. Didn’t stop them from helping to build our country.
Also Lucent. She destroyed it then moved to HP and further wrecked jobs and company.
How is it that Carly can stick her nose up in the air and attack Trump but he’s not supposed to fight back. She took this cheap shot in front of a national audience:
“I didn’t get a phone call from Bill Clinton before I jumped in the race ... maybe it’s because I hadn’t given money to the foundation or donated to his wife’s Senate race,”
Then she asked others if they got a call from Clinton. Whole thing was snarky and unprofessional. If you’re going to poke the bear you might want to run.
