During the GOP debate Thursday night, Megyn Kelly brought up the season of “Celebrity Apprentice” when Donald Trump told Brande Roderick it would be “a pretty picture to see her on her knees,” and now Roderick is defending Trump, saying she doesn’t remember him making the comment in the first place.
“Your Twitter account has several disparaging comments about women’s looks,” Kelly said to Trump. “You once told a contestant on ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ it would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees. Does that sound to you like the temperament of a man we should elect as president?”
Trump defended himself by arguing that the country is too politically correct, and the former Playboy Playmate is defending him as well.
“Like him, I didn’t even remember him saying that,” Roderick said during an interview on MSNBC Friday morning. “I’ve always had a positive experience around Donald. He’s always been encouraging. He’s never been disrespectful to me.”
“I don’t condone men being derogatory, but I think he’s just on television. He’s trying to be funny. He didn’t mean anything horrible by it.”
The truth comes out-— unlike what comes out of the blonde talking head’s lips.
Mark Levin just aired the clip of the Apprentice where one contestant mention of her being on the knees begging regarding a task. It had nothing to do in a sexual content. Yet, airhead Megan took it as sexual or someone told her.
Trump will now probably find some fans started a “on the knees for Trump” club.
Megyn won’t give up.
She was only FOX show to push the bogus Trump rape case. Next day Ivana came out and defended Trump.
Then pushes the Apprentice comment with 24 million watching. Next day Brande Roderick comes to Donald’s defense.
She’ll push something else. She’s an attack dog and has green light from Ailes and Murdoch.
That's what was awkward and unprofessional about the Bimbo's ambush. Anyone can hurl an accusation about anyone else; without proof or documentation or anything else.
That's unprofessional ambush writ large.
Trump should have asked the Bimbo to not ask a vague open-ended question and expect a response.
And how many freepers jumped on this without waiting? Many!
Trump needs to find whatever dirt he can on the phoney princess.
I could say something snarkey like how many did Megyn get on knees at Fox, but that would be wrong.
That bitch wasn’t born when The Donald was furious about the fate of the Central Park Jogger. He, Guiliani and Sinatra were the most vociferous defenders of that poor girl. He went after the creeps who were destroying our subway system while Eva Braun wasn’t an Uber in her father’s eye. The Donald has always had a soft spot for women. Unfortunately, he was thrown off his game last night - but how was he to remember something that even the woman in discussion didn’t remember?
No it wouldn’t.
I just watched the clip. Trump meant the comment in a ribald way.
She has a one hour show that can be targeted for boycott. Hurt her ratings, and maybe that will slow her down. Also help #firemegynkelly trend on twitter.
