Big Donors Warn Candidates On Eve Of Debate: “Take Trump Out”
dc whispers ^ | August 5, 2015

Posted on 08/06/2015 9:14:13 AM PDT by Red Steel

Though the Fox News promos state it is a debate of Republican candidates, most of the network’s on-air personalities have admitted publicly it has turned into the Donald Trump show as the top GOP contender has become the single most referenced topic on the minds of everyone following the 2016 Race for the White House.

That reality is not sitting well with GOP power brokers who are said to have made it clear to operatives linked to a variety of candidate camps that Donald Trump cannot be allowed to appear to win tomorrow night’s debate. Some are said to have taken an even more aggressive stance by indicating Trump’s Republican rivals are to “take him out” tomorrow night.

Trump has shocked the GOP establishment with his currently growing base of support based largely on his straight talk and a repeated promise to “Make America Great Again.”

That dominance is said to be facing its most focused challenge tomorrow night as Mr. Trump will be target #1 for a number of GOP hopefuls who have been told their own presidential hopes will be finished if they do not help in breaking the Trump momentum once and for all. This threat is said to come from an assortment of Wall Street and business interests concerned over the potential volatility of a Trump political machine – volatility that might make him “unmanageable” should he actually go on to become the Republican nominee.

It should also be noted some of these high-powered donors are helping to finance the campaigns of BOTH Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush. Presently, Donald Trump represents the single greatest threat to their intention of controlling the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

Of the candidates who are said to have been given their anti-Trump marching orders last night, one was apparently told with the greatest sense of urgency – Senator Marco Rubio

Senator Rubio is currently sitting near the bottom of the top-tier candidate rankings with just 5% support among Republican voters. He was not so long ago viewed by some to be a legitimate contender for the GOP nomination. If he is to regain that former momentum (and the all-important campaign dollars that come to a real contender) he must prove himself to the political donor class tomorrow night by coming out aggressively against Mr. Trump.

It was reportedly the Rubio campaign that was specifically given the directive to, “take Trump out” during this week’s debate.

“And if Mr Trump does well in the debate, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the orders to ‘take him out’ by other, more permanent means might come out from some of the power brokers.”

Well at the very least the MSM will have tomorrow’s headlines are prepared today and they will all be negative about Trump, count on it.

“Ted Cruz seems to be pro H1-B. Deal breaker. Sorry, I know he’s the only adult in the room.”

Is it possible to look at H1-Bs in a slightly different light? If companies are claiming they can’t find educated or talented American capital and need foreign capital, we call BS...right? It could very well be BS, no argument about that.

HOwever, those same companies are in the position to up and move their jobs overseas to where they think the cheaper talent is. So, you have to ask yourself, in the long term, do you want to consider the H1-B issue more devastating than companies moving their ops to foreign soil? It’s worth a discussion.

Just my two cents and yes, us FReepers are mostly all on the same side when it comes to being pro-America.

I don’t fault anybody for being for Trump right now. To me it sure as hell a sign of better character than anybody lauding Jebito Bush.

Personally, I am supporting Cruz, but I’m not above letting Trump severely diminish RINO candidates like Bush. I think his style and thought process and experience is a fresh take. Certainly better than my experience with our RINO leadership and the heirs that be right now. With them, I feel like I have been repeatedly molested.

When somebody shows you who they are, believe them. We should have learned that the hard way, by now.

I'll remind all of you that Perot did the same thing to the conservative movement that trump is doing now....

Perot ran third party. Trump is winning the Republican primary. Huge difference. But you knew that.

Think cherry.

Are you a businessman? Do you work in a bluest of blue states? Do you depend on politicians to get your permits etc.? If you do, do you donate ONLY to those blue politicians' nemeses? If you do, you are dumber than Trump.

“It could very well be BS, no argument about that.”

It is very much BS, and you are right there isn’t an argument about that.

Let them move. Where are they going to go? Europe? Canada, maybe. Africa. Right. Asia, anywhere in Asia, no way.

Anybody who’s spent anytime managing H1-Bs knows they don’t have the skills they are advertising. They put exit packages being delivered upon the condition you transfer your skill to the unqualified . . . professional . . . that’s been hired to replace you.

It would be EASY to disincentivize this sort of behavior and INCENTIVIZE hire US college graduated citizens first.

They just don’t do that, because the idea here is to create a class of immigrants wired to vote LEFT for the next 8 generations, very much like the Jews, or Blacks.

It’s that simple. Amnesty is suicide. H1-Bs are legalized theft.

[Yes, I’m listening too. Rush wants Jeb Bush to apologize.]

I hope he does apologize then Trump can turn him and say...’I accept your apology, I know you were only saying those things out of desperation”

My guess is, Trump already has a plan to deal with these scumbags and FOX News “Moderators.”

Trump is licking his chops in anticipation of tonight’s debate.

May God be with Ted Cruz and Donald Trump!

I hope Mr Trump has hired some real good security.

He already has excellent security and firewalls of law offices.

“Ted Cruz seems to be pro H1-B. Deal breaker. “ It is for me too, but I think he can learn that is an unwise choice for America and maybe not support it.

As more and more Americans learn of degreed American professionals being forced to train their H1-B replacements I think this issue will become toxic to anyone advocating for it.
