The Hotel in Dana Point is 10 Minutes from my House.

I should have stopped by and said hello.

I’m a Cruz Donor, but I’m not one of those Cruz Donor’s.

on the issue of crony capitalism? The Kochs are MUCH better than Trump.

Amnesty? Not so much.

But it would be foolish to count out the Koch Brothers. For all of their donations, one thing they do NOT do is push for corporate welfare and crony favors. In fact, they fight against it. They are “Reardon Steel” (from Atlas Shrugged)

I don’t think the Koch Bros would waste their time or effort running ads smearing The Donald. They’re way too smart for that. And, they could work with him if he were to get the nomination, much less elected.

The more the media attacks Trump, the stronger he gets;

And the media goes,

“Doo do doo do doo do do doo...doo do doo do doo do do dooooooooo...””

Trump says he has a good relationship with the Koch Brothers..they are members of his Palm Beach club and he doesn’t want a thing from them and doesn’t need their money. I suspect the meeting being discussed may have been created to get the Koch Brothers to write some checks.

Trump didn’t need to be there.

I don’t know why people write or read this crap[.]

Gee, uh, Geroni. You're welcome not to come here. Doesn't appear you have much to add anyway.

No. Money may help a lot but in the end everyone gets just one vote. Many times the poorer campaign has beaten the richer campaign. In the age of the Internet, money matters less and less.

Isn’t one of the Koch brothers a New Yorker? David, I think.

All you have to do is watch what unfolds. Don’t have to decide anything for now.

I will tell you that if Trump figures out how to outflank the Republican establishment and sell the majority of Republicans on his viability and he gets the nomination he has my vote.

I view whatever the Republican establishment forces on us as a sure win for Hillary. I do not see any risk in going with Trump. The Republicans have signaled that they will screw us into the ground anyway.

Add to that that Cruz is real clear that he wants to play in Trump’s sandbox for whatever reason. I view that as a real big positive.

So as I said there is no need to fret right now. We have quite a ways to go and Trump is performing in front of the world showing whoever is interested what he is made of. This is his time to show us how he defends, attacks, and produces. The other candidates with the exception of a very few are absolutely pathetic. Jeb Bush has me at puke level.

Just let the chess game unfold. If Trump shows the wherewithal to tame the establishment Republicans and the Washington cartel and dominate them he will have demonstrated a skill set none of the other candidates have including the democrats. That will be an enormous accomplishment because we will know what we are getting before he becomes prez.

Sit back and enjoy the show. It is enjoyable for now nothing more.

I’m unaware the libertarian Kochs ever smearing anyone

They fund quasi conservative candidates and causes

And are extremely generous fairly decent men from what I glean

David and Charles and william Koch are a level of rich way way beyond Donald Trump

They are at a level occupied by a rarified few ....the Waltons at the top followed by Gates and then the Kochs and Buffet

The Kochs are worth 85-120 billion in hard assets depending on various fuel resource prices

Trump is worth 3-9 billion in what I consider more at risk assets namely casinos and high end residential

There is no comparison

Its Lear600 versus G650ER

The short answer is no. The Koch brothers, with all their gold, could not even get Romney elected against Obama, who should have been defeated at least by 55 - 45.

You are one of the few here that don’t seem to understand what is going on...

Do you really think that the last few decades of Republican candidates have upheld their statements during the election process?

Well, obviously, they have not and that is what is driving this election (finally). It is long past time for statements, promises, and other so called vote for me statements. They never follow through due to monies involved in their election.

So, for you it is a question of who is Conservative and me also, but do you not finally realize that all is not as it seems. Conservative candidates during the election become moderates or liberals when governing. Most of us have reached our point of no mass...

Trump is upsetting the GOP which is a really GOOD thing! Whether the outcome is for him or another candidate is okay as long as it wakes up both the establishment and the electorate!

For now - support the anti GOP folks! We are not dealing with Conservative or Liberal at this point. We are trying to save the Republic!
