Trump grew wealthy during the 80's, the start of the "me generation" of moneymakers, and the "decade of greed". In it, he was revealed to be "the opposite of a small-government conservative" and someone who'd made money "on the backs of taxpayers".
Trump threatened to sue Leonard Stern and his associates when he first learned of the film's existence, and the ensuing ordeal garnered a great deal of media coverage.
A somewhat mysterious trailer-narrated by a man with an epic/hammy upper-crust British accent appeared on YouTube Wednesday advertising a documentary called Trump: What's the Deal? which is said to have been suppressed when it was completed in 1991. ...

I agree. Working backwards, Jeb as candidate loses to any democrat. Any one of them, named or unnamed at this juncture. That is the only prediction I will make and I’d bet money on it. It would also very likely be terminal for the Republican party.
I can’t predict whether whatever happens in the next whatever period will cause Trump to go 3P. I do think Trump honestly believes he is out to “save the country”. There are some who would say that such a 3P effort would elect the Democrat candidate. Probably. The Dems already own “probably” just based upon the electoral math. We don’t have to like it, it’s just the way it is.
I myself can’t get too exercised one way or another. There are just too many possible outcomes at this point. I am again happy to have Trump run, Cruz and he are inarguably the most refreshing things that have happened in American politics in the last 6 years. Even if Trump is cheesy. Cruz is non-cheesy. I’d be overjoyed with a Cruz victory and happy with a Walker victory. I actually have little idea how I’d feel about a Trump victory but I can say that I’d feel utterly nauseous over a HRC victory. But I think Cruz or Walker have to be regarded as slim possibilities for a thousand reasons that aren’t worth repeating. At the moment, I am just enjoying the entertainment, which is nice, because politics has been slime city for so long and yet we haven’t been able to look away from it because it has been so bloody outrageous, extra-legal, and outright dangerous for so long.
Once again, somebody dug and found something 25 years ago.

It was very big news at the time. For years, when Trump had setbacks, it was noted that this was because he lost some very intelligent staff members. But, I realize now that everyone has setbacks, including billionaires.

Guess what the newspaper has agreed to no longer censure me backs it was found out that the mayor and City manager were found out to be less than trustworthy
