...delivered on what he promised all the while continuing work on vastly larger projects.
People might have forgotten that NYC Parks Dept had totally screwed up the Wollman Rink rehab. Trump publicly challenged the Mayor repeatedly before Dinkins, the Janitor, gave in. Not only did the Donald bring in on the schedule he promised, he rubbed Dinkins nose in it by giving a highly publicized gala opening event.
The man knows how to read market trends ahead of the pack, gathers very skilled staff and consultants and moves quickly off the mark.

Oh, how he was told he’d never do it! Why, it was impossible to build a space shuttle...er, a skating rink in the middle of Central Park. So don’t underestimate The Donald flying into the middle of a state fair and offering kiddies rides.
