In the fourth and most startling undercover Planned Parenthood video from the Center for Medical Progress, Dr. Savita Ginde of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) admits that about 10 percent of their second trimester babies are born “intact” before the abortion procedure is done.
CMP points out that “since PPRM does not use digoxin or other feticide in its second trimester procedures, any intact deliveries before an abortion are potentially born-alive infants under federal law (1 USC 8).”
Because PPRM does not use digoxin, this would mean women who are dilated, but have not had the abortion procedure, actually go into labor and deliver—potentially a live baby.

Digoxin injections, inserted into the woman’s abdomen to kill her baby before delivery, replaced partial-birth abortions after they were outlawed. Operation Rescue reports that late-term abortion doctor George Tiller pioneered this method:
The induction abortion with the use of digoxin injection was pioneered by late-term abortionist George R. Tiller of Wichita, Kansas, and is now widely used throughout the United States by the few abortionists who are willing to admit they do the late-term procedures. It has replaced the live partial birth abortion method since the Partial Birth Abortion Ban act was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in April, 2007.
But Dr. Ginde says, “Sometimes, we get- if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then they are intact, but that’s not what we go for” (transcript, page 4).
Whether it is “what they go for” or not, if this happens even one time, it is now infanticide, which is exactly what Kermit Gosnell is in prison for. Gosnell, who killed babies born alive, is generally seen as an aberration in the abortion community, but this video shows Gosnell-like mentality within taxpayer-funded Planned Parenthood.
On the video, Dr. Ginde is seen discussing intact deliveries with a casual, callous tone:
Buyer: If you can kind of play around with that lower range I think, if the specimens are coming out more intact. So that, I guess, we will kind of get a first hand look at that today, later on. How many procedures are scheduled-When we’re talking about intact specimen’s, how many of those do you see?
Ginde: Intact specimens?
Buyer: Yes, within-what’s your volume on an average Tuesday?
Ginde: With second tris? Anywhere as low as three up to seven.
Buyer: Ok, and so intact?
Ginde: Intact. So we do basically D&Es. Intact is less than ten percent.
Buyer: Ok. Less than ten percent. (Transcript, 2-3)
Infanticide is indisputably murder, and the abortion giant must be investigated thoroughly.
the reason Gosnell is in jail is because he’s a nobody from a tiny abortion mill. These folks are VERY well connected tycoons, buy I suspect we’ll might end up seeing videos of them doing the exact same things Gosnell sits in prison for now.

Oh I think it will be worse than that. These babies are alive when they’re murdered in the womb, and that’s been legal. I think we’re going to find out what their doing with their remains, and we’ll probably hit the floor when we do.

I thought, well, so they’re saying it’s OK to kill a kid in the first trimester.

Oddly they forgot to mention Doe v. Bolton, adjudicated the same day. Which extended it to...well, anytime up to natural birth.

Never put anything past a slimeball who would reach inside a woman’s body and kill her child. Once they are okay with that, then killing a child who has been born alive is nothing to them.
You can blame all this on seven Supreme Court justices who had an agenda and searched for a case to fulfill it. BLACKMUN, BURGER, DOUGLAS, BRENNAN, STEWART, MARSHALL, and POWELL are the slobs who engineered the abortion decision.
The decision was and is unconstitutional in that it violates the 10th and 11th Amendment in the Bill of Rights. Blackmun’s decision basically says that since one state has full access to abortion and one other state has partial access, all the other states must go along.
The 10th Amendment says that unless something is specifically mentioned in the Constitution, or has been yielded by the states to the federal government, it belongs to the states. The 11th Amendment basically states that one state cannot sue another state for equity within the law. Those two things wipe out Roe vs Wade to any logical person.

I agree. God is giving each of us a clear choice and call to action as he did to the children of Israel many times in the Old Testament. I fear our collective response will not be well received on the judgment day. How many of our political leaders have spoken out? Legislation can be written and passed in a day, forcing the POTUS to sign or veto. Nothing is happening. God has our nation’s answer. So soon after the recent Supreme Court ruling.
