What's so confusing? Hilary Clinton violated 18 US Code 798. She willfully allowed transmission of, and transmitted, classified information. How she did it, why she did it, whether she was aware that she was doing it--all irrelevant. The fact is that she did it. She is guilty of a serious crime. She will never be indicted, let alone convicted, however.

Occam’s Razor—The simplest explanation is the most likely. Hillary wanted to hide her activities from scrutiny and, being a Clinton, she assumed that laws don’t apply to her.

He said that every country you go into, they have people who are able to hack into your private electronic devices. He said, “You can rest assured that the Russians and the Chinese have the info that was on her personal server when she entered those countries.”

For the ‘world’s smartest woman’ to figure she could get away with the two criminal acts is astounding. First to have her private email outside of prying eyes, then second, to wipe her server. Any pretense of VRWC or her innocence is loooooong gone. Her team can’t spin it no matter how hard they try.
Those two acts showed not only she’s sure she’s outside the laws, but compliant media lapdogs will follow her to her coronation.

There is no other reason for a public official to maintain their own server other than hide information. She without question handled classified information and her personal server could not possibly have the security necessary to protect national security.
It doesn’t matter. The next president whether Democrat or Republican will refuse to prosecute her. It is a gentleman’s agreement amongst corrupt political parties.
She and her husband should see jail time for the good of the nation by sending a message to future politicians, but it wont happen.
