This gets very confusing.What's so confusing? Hilary Clinton violated 18 US Code 798. She willfully allowed transmission of, and transmitted, classified information. How she did it, why she did it, whether she was aware that she was doing it--all irrelevant. The fact is that she did it. She is guilty of a serious crime. She will never be indicted, let alone convicted, however.

The Clintons are guilty of something big in Washington. They were greedy and didn't share. They kept it all to themselves. That has bad Ju-Ju.

Another thing to consider is whether any person who sent classified information to her at a private email address also violated the law.

You're right, but the how and why - that is, the intentional action of setting up a private server to circumvent the system - means that any mitigation due to being "accidental" is impossible, since the infractions were systematic, not negligent.
