It happened in my daughters subdivision in the cul de sac she lived on. Two houses over. Nothing but 20+ illegals crammed into a house they tore up, trashed and eventually abandoned.
You can in some states where cars illegally parked on your property, or entry/exit to it have what’s called a “private impound.”
There aren’t a lot of towing companies that will do it but they are out there. All you need to is have proof of ownership or cite a law that says the vehicle is impeding you, etc. I actually had some tramp’s car removed from my driveway like that. It took a while to find a tower, but the one that came took it and the tramp paid big time to get her car back.
Found needles, trash, condoms, etc when I whacked them all down. So I had to cut my bamboo down, a nuisance bush? because the city cannot control their homeless druggies?
Some of the freewheelin’ rebels are gonna be begging for hoa’s and zoning codes to help hold back the flood of 3rd world lifestyle and hold on to a shred of civilization.
Not everyone is able to do that, nor is it realistic, as there is not enough land for every individual to live like that.
The Texas law I cite has those provisions. However, you don’t have to prove you own the driveway or sidewalk to enforce the law.
Cool....I didn’t have to prove it either, but in some cases of a busy street and sidewalks etc. it may be different.
You are right! I was raised on a farm and don’t know anything else. We bought this farm over 30 years ago and would pay 4X now what we paid for it then. It’s been paid for for over 20 years and is irreplaceable. My only fear is that it will be really hard to keep it up and take care of it as we get older. My husband is almost 80 and I’m 60. Our only daughter lives 500 feet away on the farm but she is over 40 so none of us are kids anymore. I’m strong and in excellent health so as long as my daughter and I can take care of it we will stay here. I don’t know if I could survive living around other people because I never have.
Then haul the Illegal Invaders off to jail, arrresting them as soon as they are released again, and leave Property Owners elsewhere alone. If that was the reason for that law then it was a very C.S. way of dealing with illegals and accomplishes nothing more than to harass legal legitimate property owners who pay property taxes.
I would also bet no city official has had the guts to approach the homes in a situation you mention because Illegals have become a protected class. Many families with man and wife working and kids at driving age have three and four cars.
This type of enforcement makes as much sense as the sanctuary city in my county that because of people {mainly illegals} running red lights put up traffic light cameras. Guess who got fined. Guess who didn't? Guess who had licensed plates registered to an actual correct residence and actual correct legal name of owner of the vehicle. Guess who didn't. The smaller towns in the county aren't as accommodating to the illegals nor is the county LEO but that city is full of government employee liberals. The allowed and ignored offenses of the illegals became so bad I stopped going to that city and shop elsewhere. Enough legal citizens protested them being the only ones paying fines and the cameras got taken down at the end of the contract. But the city depends heavily on it's largest employer the D.O.E. and D.O.D. for jobs so it dares not harass illegals.
Thanks for the correction. I appreciate it. My memory was a bit off. I also got a similar correction on freepmail.
Another how to Movie for rookie liberals, like idiocracy.
The applicant is will not have any unrelated adults living at the home. The applicant intends to have 1 vehicle park on the street with the other 5 parking in the driveway.
According to the Cobb County Tax Assessor records, the applicant has 4563 square feet of total living space, which would allow 11 vehicles regularly parked on the property.
This application is the result of a Code Enforcement compliant. The applicant is requesting approval for 24 months."
Okay. The problem is designation of power to the unelected by proxy. Let’s cure those hams, if we’re going to be obedient to a semblance of Our US Constitution.
