You can in some states where cars illegally parked on your property, or entry/exit to it have what’s called a “private impound.”

There aren’t a lot of towing companies that will do it but they are out there. All you need to is have proof of ownership or cite a law that says the vehicle is impeding you, etc. I actually had some tramp’s car removed from my driveway like that. It took a while to find a tower, but the one that came took it and the tramp paid big time to get her car back.

The Texas law I cite has those provisions. However, you don’t have to prove you own the driveway or sidewalk to enforce the law.
