When I lived in Portland, many years ago, there was a warehouse on the NW side of the Burnside Bridge – the owner of the warehouse posed naked mannequins in the windows of the warehouse in different ‘positions’… It was something that you wanted to check out monthly.

Like when drug dealers throw gym shoes over the power lines to indicate you can buy drugs on that corner, maybe homosexual prostitutes are signaling where you can find their services.
I’ve only been to Portland a couple of times in the last decade or so. Really wasn’t impressed. Head to eastern Oregon for more sanity.

In Florida some years back a pair of gym shoes tossed over a power line signaled a place to buy illegal drugs.
Maybe this is directions to a whore house.
